Daffan Mechanical

Description of Work: I paid Daffan to check out a used 4 ton a/c. The owner only said pay if it works. They checked it out added some parts and put in $470 worth of Freon. I paid for unit and paid to have to enclosed. I have paperwork that says unit was good. Two weeks later it was blowing hot air. Called them and tech came out said unit was old they would try to fix it for $1,000 plus cost but couldn't guarantee it but they would give me a new one for $4-5,000. I said so you are telling me I threw away $1,750.00 because your tech said it was good and he said yes. He also said you don't understand. I said you are right but a judge might.

Description of Work: Checked and prepared air conditioners for summer. Included in the price was prepayment for fall checkup. The price was for 2 units. The service was on time, professional and the only possible negative was the price in comparison to other advertised prices. Maybe I am just getting old and need to recognize that you get what you pay for. We have used Daffan before and will use them again.

Description of Work: Service my unit twice a year.

Description of Work: Overfilled my unit. Didn't really know what the problem was and was cockey. Bad homer. Could have damaged my unit. Called different A/C people and this is what they told me. Never will call them again.
