Description of Work: I had the heating and AC replaced. It was toasted! I got a heat pump Train. Very happy with the service and recommendations to add another intake. What a different! I can dust once a week now instead of 3 or more times everyday!!!

Description of Work: Air conditioner drain in attic was leaking. They were here in 30 minutes even the ugh it was Sunday afternoon. They told us up front there would be a $75 after hours charge. They replaced the filter, blew out the drain lines, and tested the system, and stayed to be sure leak had stopped and system was cooling. |They have serviced our air conditioner/heating system for many years, and we wouldn't think of calling anyone else. They are dependable, always expand any needed repairs before doing any work, and are very resonablly priced. The service people have always been professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We couldn't be more pleased with Daffan and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I have used Daffan (at least twice a year) since 2012. They service my heat pump before the winter and before the summer. They have also repaired my system three times and added insulation to my attic. They are prompt, reasonable, and provide expert service. They once responded to a call I made late in the evening within two hours.

Description of Work: Installed a new high tech thermostat and checked my heating system.

Description of Work: replaced filter, did diagnostics on inside and outside units, verified system was working well cleaned all contacts and charged system. I had my house up for sale and buyer was concerned about 9yr old ac so I had Daffan come out and do complete service and diagnostics, also included winter check-up. money well spent!

Description of Work: Repaired a failed AC unit in an emergency situation. Very professional and thorough.

Description of Work: The tech was OK, but it took 3 visits. On the last visit he decided I needed a capacitor which he had on hand. He replaced it for free but charged 98.00 for the part. The same capacitor cost 14.00 if you buy one. The worst part is the next day my air handler was totally frozen over! The 98.00 capacitor was bad. I checked it with a multimeter. I replaced it with one Trane uses. It cost $9.00 on ebay. I did have to wait a day and a half for the part but now everything is fine. No I will not use tese folks again and will never recommend them either.

Description of Work: I subscribe to Daffan's service plan and get two tune-ups per year for $90 (basic service). My electric company reimburses up to $100 per year, so Daffan is essentially free. With the plan, I receive priority service and a discount on parts and repairs. I have been using Daffan for 2+ years and am satisfied in every way.
