Description of Work: My Christmas Lights weren't lighting. I called at 4:30 PM, he said he was close and could swing by to look at it. I said I would be there by 5:30. He was there soon thereafter. He spent about an hour, isolated the problem which I could fix myself. He wanted to charge me $20 which I felt was too low for the help he provided so I paid him $40. He had every right to charge $100 for an hour of on-site service.

 + -1 moreVery well. Alan is a very pleasant man and a highly recommended electrician. You won't go wrong with him as your electrician. I know he will be my electrician from now on. And I have tried several companies in Longview.
Description of Work: Needed an outside flood light fixture replaced. Work at Satterwhite Log Homes and asked one of our salesman to recommend an electrician. Alan Chance of Chance Electric was recommended to me. I met him at my home and he changed out the old fixture with the new one I purchased at Lowe's and he was very nice, polite, personable and helpful. He was there maybe 15 minutes max and didn't charge a dime. I have dealt with other companies and I know I would have had to pay at least $50.00. I am definitely going to use Alan again and would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an electrician.
