Great service, great prices, don't call anyone else!

Initially worked with two carpet stores that were highly rated on Angie's List. Marty with Carpet Outlets of Texas provided the best quote for approximately 2,200 square feet of carpet. We selected the carpet manufacturer and style with Marty's advice. Later he came out to measure and provide us with a firm inclusive quotation. He also left the carpet sample board so we could look at the small samples (only one provided by the manufacturer, according to Marty) for color comparisons and various interior light levels during the day and night. Tina in the office was very helpful in scheduling and rescheduling installation dates when rainy weather interfered with the original installation date. The carpet was delivered in a reasonably fast time frame since we were not in a hurry. Eli and his two crew installers did a professional job of moving furniture (some very heavy) out of the rooms and placing the furniture back into the rooms after the carpet was installed.

When my wife and I decided to change our old dirty carpet we visited Capet Outlets of Texas and were greeted by Marty. Marty provided us with a lot of information we did not know about carpet. Once we decided on the carpet style and color Marty came out to our home and measure the rooms for the new carpet. Bad weather cause a slight delay, but one he first good weather day the installers were at our home ready to go bright and early. After the installers arrived at the property they did a quick evaluation of the rooms and began to move my furniture from one room to another. Once one rooms were clear of the furniture they quickly removed our old dirty carpet and padding and cleaned/swept/Vacuum the concrete floor. The three man crew were very fast and efficient when it came to doing their job. They did a great job I would definitely recommend Capet Outlets of Texas.

Nothing fancy, but alot of good choices in their warehouse/showroom. Owners gave us good options and pricing. Scheduling for the measurements, as well as installation was easy. All workers were on time and professional. They did a great job and would use them again.

They did a great job! Their price was very competitive, and they had great flooring options. They did the tear out of my old tile and removal of some carpet. They did a great job laying the wood flooring. I got Regal Hardwood Havana Hickory in Cohiba color (a nice rich tobacco brown with lots of cool variations). They did a great job undercutting the fireplace hearth. They used molding strips around the baseboards rather than removing them and undercutting them. I love the way it looks. I have used them to install carpet and laminate at a rental property and to retile two showers. I really like them.

Bruce Moreland came out to meet with me on 01-30-2015. He was prompt and knowledgeable. We discussed pros and cons of carpet vs. laminate. He measured my entire house and we discussed many ideas concerning our upstairs living area, which we hope to have done in the near future. I also expressed a desire to replace the tile in my kitchen, now. I decided to go with carpeting in the room. My husband and I went to their showroom on 01-31-2015 and met with Brenda Taylor. She showed us a nice carpet sample that we liked. There were many types of carpet but we really felt rushed in selecting what we did. She was slightly knowledgeable with what we wanted, including a thicker carpet pad. She did not seem to know about the tile. I know they were anxious to get their lunch ordered by the conversations they were having amongst themselves regarding Jason's deli. We were never shown any tile for the kitchen so we just let that go. We went ahead and ordered the carpet which was installed on 02-07-2015. We had emptied the room and closets with exception of a twin bed, queen size sofa sleeper and tv cabinet (small). I was told that the workers would move these. We assumed they meant inside the house. The items were taken outside our front door and left outside until they were finished. I don't know what they would do if you had your entire house recarpeted. Had I know they were going to put the furniture outside I would probably would have changed my mind. I don't believe the items were covered. The installers were unaware that we had requested the floor be floated (cost $50 per bag). They called Brenda who confirmed this to them. They proceeded, however, when they installed the pad it was two different colors taped together. I know that it shouldn't matter because no one will see it and I was assured that they were they the same type just a different lot and color, but it did concern me. The carpet installation seemed to go well, the furniture was put back and end result is that we are pleased with the way it looks. However, we will be considering having our entire upstairs recarpeted in the near future and I don't know that I would feel confident with them moving all of my furtniture outside, our choice options (they had many, just didn't take the time to discuss show many), and the fact that my kitchen tile request was never addressed. This first job was to determine if we would consider them for our larger project, which unfortunately at this time we won't.

Kenny and his partner were efficient and effective. They got right to work once Kenny assessed the problem. He explained what he would do and the possible effects if there were other factors not readily apparent. I was very pleased with how he explained everything and even the possibility more work might need to be done. Currently, the floor repair is flawless and we're happy with his work.. We had 3-4 people prior to Kenny who couldn't even guess what the problem was that started the tile tenting. Kenny was just great.

Great job, I'm so glad I found them on Angie's List. I went out to the company's location and they were so helpful and I learned a lot about carpeting. They gave me an estimate on the spot and came out to measure and finalize the estimate within a couple of days. A few days after that the carpet was installed, the installers did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. Could not be happier, especially as the price was about 40% less than the big box stores, and I got a better quality carpeting.

We had excellent service from Marty and Tina and all the staff and installation crews at Carpet Outlets of Texas. We were originally scheduled to have our carpet replaced in December. Unfortunately right before the installation date, we had a water leak. We needed to have the tile replaced around our shower/tub to fix the leak. Tina told me they installed tile as well. So we had them replace the tile before the carpet installation. Shower/Tub Tile Installation: Neo and his crew were timely and very pleasant. The tile work was well done and looks great. After the work was done, there were a couple of areas that needed some attention. Tina contacted Neo and he came out right away and took care of those last few details. The tile looks wonderful. Carpet Installation: As for the installation of the carpet, it was excellent. We have a lot of big furniture including a piano. They had no trouble getting everything moved around and did an amazing job. No walls scratched, no damage to furniture, and they cleaned up before they left. We were very impressed. We would highly recommend Carpet Outlets of Texas. The price,quality of product and service were excellent. Tina worked with us and helped make what was a stressful time much easier. All the staff we communicated with responded quickly and professionally.

Went to Carpet Outlets based on a referral from a friend. The lady at the desk was very helpful as I had no idea what type of carpet I wanted, I just knew what color family I wanted. When the gentleman came out to measure and quote, he told me about their guarantee to be the lowest and to let him know if there were any other questions in the future. The installers worked quickly and were respectful of my property.

Bruce and team did an amazing job removing and installing the new floors throughout our house. During our measurement Bruce recommended they remove the carpet in our family room so that the dust from the title floors would not get on our new carpet. The process was easy and working with Bruce and his team was great. Overall they removed and replace all the flooring living spaces and bathrooms and even installed new baseboards. Setting up the measurement and installation date we very easy, the hardest part in the process was picking out the flooring as they had so many wonderful selections. As we looked into chaining our floors we had a number of bids and measurements and the thing that really made us select Bruce was the fact that he provided opinions but never tried to upsell us or spend the entire measurement talking about how they are better than other companies out their. Bruce and team take pride in their work and it definitely shows, they are honest and will work to get you the best price. The installation process with Jacob was smooth as they worked late into the night to make sure the job was done in the three days they quoted. There was no damage to any of the walls, doors or furniture (as they moved it all). The only thing that broke was one glass shelf on the wall mounted TV stand, and Jacob was honest in the fact that he accidentally broke it and even offered to pay for the replacement. I will definitely use Carpet Outlet of Texas in the future (when we purchase a new house) they are very friendly and the entire team is great to work with and very knowledgeable. Thank you guys for the wonderful new floors!

Their prices are great. They installers were fabulous. They did not clean up normally as well as they did the first time though, but that was my compliant.

They had a lot of choices to choose from. I liked their employees, they were helpful and friendly. They were on time and they cleaned up their mess. They came out to measure and they did my whole house in 2 days. I would definitely give them a 10 and I would have them back.

We were very happy with our experience with Carpet Outlets of Texas. Their shop is in a different part of town, so we were a little bit concerned when we drove up to it, but once we got inside and started talking with Tina, we were perfectly comfortable working with them. She helped us choose the carpet that fit our needs and explained all the details of the installation. We had a gentleman from the company come out a few days after our visit to measure our rooms for the estimate. He was polite and efficient. Afterwards, Tina was in constant contact with us about when they received the carpet and when they would be coming for the installation. On carpet installation day, the workers arrived on time and got right to work. They were efficient and everything went as planned. They finished the job in about 4 hours. We have been very happy with the results. The carpet looks great and we would definitely use Carpet Outlets of Texas again if we need carpet in the future.

After contacting 9 different companies, Carpet Outlets of Texas not only provided me exceptional service they were significantly lower on their quotes than any other company. Tina was absolutely delightful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Gustavo and his crew did an exceptional job on the tiling, my only complaint was the caulking which they fixed the next day. Elias and his crew installed the carpet. Wow! Impressive on how well they worked together. The carpet is beautiful and I could not be happier. My kitchen is the last to be tiled and I plan on having them back this year. They were very helpful with my selection of wood floors and carpet. Service was performed on the target date, and the workers did an excellent job. We all read reviews about companies that are difficult to work with, but rarely does one talk about difficult customers and how company's respond to them. Well, I'm one of those difficult customers. About a year ago carpet outlets came out to measure/quote replacement of our upstairs carpet. They were professional, answered all our questions, and the quote was extremely competitive. Tina was assigned to work with us after the quote process, and the first thing I'll say is she is incredibly patient! It took us about 8 months to decide on the color, we ordered it through Tina - but then a few weeks later we changed our mind and cancelled the order. Tina was extremely professional and understanding, and worked with us for a few more weeks as we decided on a color. The challenge was it was not a standard color for the style we wanted, so we asked about getting a custom dye. Again Tina went to work for us, and a few days later we received confirmation that a custom dye could be provided. Before the full order was placed, and to make sure we would not change our minds again, Tina had the carpet manufacturer send us a sample of the custom dye color on a piece of carpet, and it was perfect. We went ahead with the order, and a few weeks later our new carpet arrived. The installation crew were the best I've ever worked with. Extreme attention to detail, courteous and very careful not to damage any trim (not even a scratch!) as well as keeping our home clean. The job completed on schedule and everything looks fantastic! Thank you Tina and everyone at Carpet outlets of Texas for your patience, excellent work, and support. Can't think of a company - and people - I would more highly recommend.

Marty and the team at the store are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and beat most prices out there. The installation crew worked hard and did a nice job. The only place I will buy carpet from in the future.
