Description of Work: Purchased ceramic tile and carpeting for the entire house as part of a remodeling project. The price was the lowest price of anybody that we had out to provide an estimate. I usually don't go with the lowest price, but in this case there was so much positive feedback on Angies List, that it was difficult not to. They worked with me on fitting them into our remodeling schedule with me even having to call them up a couple of times to postpone the installation because the remodeling project was taking a little longer than scheduled. When it was time for the tile and carpet installation, they arrive on-time and completed the job in about a week. The reason that it took so long was that we had a lot of time installed and that took about 5 days and the carpet installation took only 1 day. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them and use them again myself.

Description of Work: The last 2 times they came they put down trim in the kitchen and in the computer. They came on time, started working, did a beautiful job of putting it down. Cleaned everything up. They had also put down our wooden floors in the den, hallway, entry. Everything went just as before professionally. Have used several times and will use again.

He repaired two seems and payed new pad to the existing water damage areas. He having the right tools, can do attitude, and his general work ethic, he has made a happy customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had originally scheduled with HD and cancelled because Carpet Outlet could not only beat the price, upgrade the quality of carpet and improve the install date. Very very satisfied. We will use in the future as our only flooring store.

When I went into the store, they helped me decide what carpet was best and steered me away from carpet which could be problematic, even though it was more expensive. Gave me an grade of padding since I found them on Angie's list. Installation all done in under 2 hours. Pleased! |

Description of Work: They were here on time putting new flooring in the den and hall wall. They worked and measured and leveled everything before they started. They worked the entire day with the flooring and baseboard. Very professional.Cleaned up everything. We have used them two more times since then. They laid baseboard trim later in the den and hallway. It was soon beautiful that we had the kitchen,too. Marty and his staff go beyond the normal to make your home beautiful.

Description of Work: I do property management and use Oscar at Carpet Outlet for all my flooring needs, carpet, tile, repairs, etc. Probably have done 6 jobs this year with him. Always good experience. His prices are comparable with others.
