It went great. I wasn't too impressed by the storefront or neighborhood, so I probably wouldn't have gone there if they weren't recommended by so many people on here. But I walked in, they got right to me, the salesman educated me on different carpet material, etc. He really knew his stuff - someone who has been in the industry for a long time. Their price came in well below what I was seeing elsewhere. The installers didn't speak much English, but nevertheless were professional and thorough. Not a single bump in the road - I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

Noah and his crew worked for three days on the bathroom and all day on the kitchen. Very hard working and very professional.. Excellent craftsmanship resulting in beautiful floors. We were very pleased.

The services that were provided were outstanding. Everything was great with them. The price was fair. They arrived on time and were very competent. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. They removed all the old carpet and did the living room or the great room first and then they did the master bedroom which comes right off of the great room. You can’t see where they’ve seamed the pieces together. It took 3 cuts off of a big roll. They just did everything right and they completely cleaned up everything. They were thorough in cleaning any mess and re-vacuumed everything. They really did a good job. The people that own the franchise were very, very helpful. It took us a long time to decide what company we were going to use and what we were going to do because it was an extensive project. We hadn’t planned to incur right now but we had a water leak and we had to do it. They were very helpful to us and answered all of our questions. We went back to their store at least 3 times changing our minds and asking questions until we were sure we had the right kind of carpet and the right fit.

I thought their price was very reasonable. The interaction with the staff during the carpet sale and initial measuring was good. The installation was good and the installers were fair. They did their job but their communication was lacking. They were not familiar with some of the prep work I had arranged with the salesman. They were unaware of prep work for the floors that needed to be done before the installation, and I had to call the day of to make sure it got done according to our plan. The installers were on time and cordial. But I feel like I should not have had to call the day of for arrangements that had already been made and preparations that had already been detailed.

The work went extremely well. They were very efficient and professional. They were extremely accommodating, even moving furniture back and forth and here and there above and beyond what I hired them to do. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. They required hardly any direction from me. Our families came over to see the work, and they too were very impressed. I would highly recommend their services and would ourselves use them again.

They had positive reviews online, which made me choose them for a quote. They were expensively priced; hence I didn?t have them do the job. I may use their services in future, for a quote.

The folks at Carpet Outlets of Texas were great. We visited the showroom to see samples and were pointed to a brand that met our style, budget, and quality goals. We prepared the rooms by removing all the small items. They installation crew did a great job removing the large furniture, installing the carpet, and placing everything back the way they found it. All four rooms took less than a day to install. The carpet has held up great. Very impressed. Would certainly go back again when needed.

Fantastic experience!!! I rate carpet choosing as daunting as visiting a dentist. I will stay away from the latter but will most certainly recommend the prior:))

The service was excellent, they were very efficient, we went there and they did the job the next week, they did a clean job, and they did it quick. It only took one day.

The folks at Carpet Outlets of TX were helpful from beginning to end. They assisted us in selecting the a carpet that would best meet our needs at an excellent price. It was awesome. The workers were great. They came out during the ice storm and snow storm here and they actually worked with us. Nobody was out and they had to do some accommodating to get it in for us and worked out of garage. We had to wait till the ice melts. They were very nice. The shipment was late because trucks couldn't get here due to the snow storm. They kept in contact with us and told us they were in Dallas but nobody could get over there to get it. They finally had to lay out our garage to cut it because there was just a mess everywhere. They were calling from their home. They couldn't get to the office and they were calling us. I would definitely recommend them. They took care of us and they know what they were doing.

Experience was great from start to finish. We went to their showroom without knowing the measurements of the floors we were replacing. Marty came out to our house within a couple of days to measure, at that time we discussed what our budget was and he worked with us in finding a tile that we liked. He was very patient with us as we were deciding what tile we wanted, he made suggestions and helped us understand the different tile ratings. When we finally found a tile we wanted Marty ordered it and we scheduled the installation. At the time we placed the order we payed half the cost upfront and then paid the rest when the job was completed. Since this was a pretty extensive job we scheduled it for when we were out of town, A few days before the installation the installers came to the house with a couple of baseboard choices, we picked the one we liked and they took the measurements for that. The installers finished the job in the 3 days we were gone and we were very happy when we got back. The house couldn't have looked better.

Wow! This was great from the moment we walked in the door, super helpful, knowledgeable folks, worked with Marty and Tina. The guys that came to install did a nice job, had to move lots of heavy furniture and did not complain. Cleaned up too! We would absolutely use this company again, thought their service was outstanding and pricing extremely fair. Lots of clocks there and we ended up taking an old banjo clock in and the clock guy was able to fix that up, it hadn't been working for years and years!

We worked with Tina on two occasions. First to discuss the layout and possible options for a low pile carpet. We visited another flooring store to view other options and get pricing. Tina told us she could get the same carpet as carried by other stores and indeed she did match up the exact flooring we found at another store and did the installation and it cost at least 25% less than the quote from a competitor. At both visits Tina and other staff were available to answer questions and take us around to view samples. She spent about 20 minutes with us on the 1st visit and 10 minutes the 2nd time around. The work crew arrived on the date and time promised - two guys - and spoke both Spanish and English, which was a positive so that we could exchange ideas on site about tweaking the installation. We've had the carpet for a month now and there's been no problems and we're delighted with the whole experience. The building in which Carpet Outlets is a little time worn, but don't be put off - what they save in overhead is passed on in big savings over the competitor's prices.

We had extensive slab leaks from the 50+yo cast iron sewer pipes. We destroyed the floors in the kitchen/breakfast/bath areas, as well as another sewer line in a bedroom/hall/2 baths. (We used Dallas plumbing for that... look for their positive review elsewhere). After extensive plumbing work, we removed all flooring from the home and installed approximately 1400 sq ft of wood and 1000 sq ft of carpet and 400 sq ft of tile. We also had their crew tile a new shower and pan. Tina and Marty at Carpet outlets made an impossibly difficult house situation as painless as possible. They were fast and detailed. Always returned calls quickly and discussed details.

Bruce Mooreland and his wife Tina are wonderful to work with. Marty Gelino did my estimate and he gave me confidence in the product and the company. Bruce and Tina worked with me to move up the date of my installation as my painting contractor finished ahead of schedule. The installantion crew were all gentlemen and I felt very comfortable having this crew in my home. My painter came back to touch up and was amazed with the expertise of the installers. There were no knicks to my freshly painted baseboards. I wish this rating could have been an A but the job was quoted to take 2 days and was completed in only 1 day. This may sound good to some but I work from home and began my work day at 6:45 AM, the installers arrived at 9:30 AM and did not leave until 10 PM. They did not communicate the very long day to me. I was cut off from my kitchen for lunch and dinner and a little planning could have avoided this. I am usually in bed at 10 PM but had to be moving very quickly to tell the crew where and how to place my furniture. The crew also forgot their vaccum cleaner and used mine to hasitly vaccum up the cuttings and mess from the installation. Brurce Mooreland made this right with me by paying for a deep cleaning of my home. THis is a great company but there was communication needed by the installation crew for me to award an A rating. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others as I belive that my conversation with the owner Bruce was a point that he could use to coach his installlers.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I wanted a quality carpet and needed it installed within a very short time span. After being in the store for just a few moments, I began to understand why they came up high on Angie's list. The staff was very courteous, professional, and attentive to what my needs were and delivered on all of it. Upon checking their inventory, they found they did not have enough of the carpet in stock that I needed. The gentleman left the store immediately, went to my home and did the measurements to ensure that they would get the order back in time to meet my requested date. The shipment arrived; they met my deadline and did a beautiful job installing the carpet. When in the store, I did not tell them that I came as a referral from Angie's List until we were closing out the sale. Their mannerism won me over before I ever let them know. At that time I was immediately upgraded on the padding at no additional cost. I would recommend this company to anyone needing carpet.

The installers for the hardwood floors were prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did a beautiful job on installing the wood flooring and integrating it with the exising wood floors. They went above and beyond a normal installation which showed they cared about their work as craftsmen. The installation of the carpet went just as well. The house looks wonderful. The sales staff were great. It was a no hassle experience.

Called around several companies for estimates. I had used these folks before and they were the best bid and service again.

They did an excellent job. They came out on time and finished on time. They also had a good price.

Very good feeling in the showroom. Made appointment for estimate. Initially, the in-home estimate discussion went very well; however, as pricing discussion ensued, the representative became defensive and seemingly insulted that we would question the quoted pricing or compare to other offers. After a few minutes of this, we thanked him for his time and sent him on his way. This company could have easily had our business had they worked with us a small amount on the pricing. The quoted pricing wasn't terrible based on other estimates, but they could have come down just a bit. His seemingly annoyed and indignant response to our pricing questions left a bad taste.

This will be the third time I have used this company. They put in new carpet. I was very pleased so they redid the tile in my bathroom. Very pleased again. I automatically thought of them when it was time for new floors and the install was done flawlessly. The floors are stunning and I am extremely happy. I was out of town while they were done and they kept me updated on the progress. It might take you a little longer to find them way out in Mesquite, but it's worth the trip. Overall the best experience I have had with any company on Angie's list.

The quote was fine. We had specified the carpet material and hence there was no difference in the quality of the material. I didn?t choose them because of their price and the quote that they provided was limited. Their professionalism was fine.

Sales part was a breeze. Walter was great, brought samples out to the house, and cut us an excellent deal. The installation was dissapointing: the crew got a late start and nobody called me. After an hour late I called the office and learned that they were still coming that day (I thought maybe I had gotten the day wrong). The installation job result was so-so. The seams where they joined sections of carpet are pretty visible (not something we ever noticed with our old carpet), they did the hallway with multiple pieces instead of a single piece, so we have a visible seam halfway down the hall, and I find spots where bits of debris were left under the new carpet, so you feel a hard little bump in the carpet when walking barefoot. I'm assuming these are the same small nails/tacks that were left scattered around my garage floor when the installers left.

They are A+, absolutely phenomenal. I called Wednesday and told them I needed it done all this week. She told me to come to the store, bring some rough measurements. Marty came Thursday to take official measurements, and next day delivered the carpet. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Wonderful crew - they came in and got the job done. Professional, hardworking, blew me away. They removed and installed 1,734 sq. ft and started at 8:45 and were done by 2:00. The quality is fantastic, I couldn't be happier. Marty and Tina are wonderful, professional people to work with and know what they are doing. I called them to tell them how great they were, and I would have gladly given them more money!
