Also noticed that the installer never connected the existing smoke detector nor did they program the system to notify the monitoring service in the event of a fire....
Have made two appointments to have TNT correct the instillation mistakes and they have not shown up as of yet....
Just left another message and my next call will be to the BBB to file a complaint.
"For any future customers please reference the better business bureau. Since 2006 we have unfortunately had 2 complaints, the Member being one, but as of September 6, 2012 the BBB ruled in favor that we did everything that was expected of us for the Member."
