Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control

I wish I could give Alan M., our technician, an A+++ in all categories instead of just an A!! I find it a bit amazing that I want to gush about a pest control company and it's team, but after being in Texas for 7 years and using 2 other pest control companies, Safe Pro, Alan M., and Kirby from the office made those other two companies look like absolute amateurs!!! Kirby was extremely professional and gave me all the information I needed about pricing, how they worked, etc......to feel confident from the very start to have the technician come out and see our issues. Alan M. is the technician that covers our Frisco area and we are SO happy to have met him!! What an asset to the Safe Pro team!!! He was very professional, but at the same time super informative! He called first to give us about half an hour notice, and arrived promptly at the time we set the appointment. He also wore "booties" which was a nice touch to protect the flooring. None of the other two companies did that. Alan was here for over 2 and a half hours performing pest control services and was so very detailed and thorough he left us almost speechless. He did things that the other two companies had never done before. He took time to speak with us about our issues and how we can ultimately conquer them and get rid of those pesky rodents outside once and for all! We know we will have a nice working relationship with Alan as he will need to come back quite often until our issue is resolved. We know we have found the pest control company we will be using as long as we live in this home! If you are contemplating switching to a new pest control company or have just moved and need a pest control company, DO NOT THINK TWICE about calling Safe Pro. You will be happy you did!!! We sure are!!!

I had seen a swarm of termites, so decided to have the house check. SafePro was very thorough, walking around the house with me and showing me risk areas. No termites were found, but I decided to go ahead and be proactive and have the house treated. I also had the pest control treatment done as well. Everyone I've interfaced with has been prompt, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I was happy with the work they did, and would definitely use them again.

Services performed were great! Our technician was very kind and worked hard to exceed our expectations.

One of the best things about Safe Pro is their total accessibility. I can take pictures of the issues/pests, etc. and email it to them and that allows them to be able to access the situation and make suggestions. All without me having to take time off of work. Then they come out to the house to review, in person. Alex, the owner, along with every person who works @ Safe Pro are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Indeed, I have at least 1 rat in the attic so Alex has put a plan into place and he also treated the inside and outside of the house for the other issues I was having. Alex and his team go over and beyond what is asked in assessing the issues a customer has. I've had Alex for several years now and when I purchased another home in December, I asked him to do the termite inspection because I value his professionalism and trust him.

Two days later and we still had not heard back from them. We moved on to another provider.

We really like Safe Pro. They always do a very thorough job spraying the outside and inside of our house. They explain their procedures well and are very responsive when we call with any concerns. Not to mention they are very friendly and polite. I would recommend them for any pest control needs.

Safe Pro Pest Control was very reasonable. We were very happy with them. They used treatment that doesn't harm the animals because we have a dog. They give a 1 year guarantee and we pay yearly for them to come back once a year to make sure that the termites and ants don't come back. They're very good. He showed us exactly what he was going to be doing. We checked with several different agencies and we paid them exactly what they told us we needed to pay. They were very good. We recommended them to family and friend.

It went great. This was our second rat infestation in about 3 years. The outfit we used to get rid of them the first time charged us more than twice what Safe Pro did and had "disappeared" from the market at the time of our recurrence. We learned that a number of their "fixes" weren't very effective, such as using a foam material to block access points. Alex did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic, and explained that our main problem was some of our soffits that were sufficiently water-damaged (mostly from misinstalled guttering) that the rats could chew through the wood to access our attic. Alex set up reliable physical barriers (sheet metal) to block the entrance points, painted over the sheet metal to make for a nicer aesthetic, and then put us in touch with another Angie's List contractor that could (and did) help us with our rotting soffits. He set up traps in the attic to catch any rats that might have been trapped inside by the barriers (there was only one). Alex helped us through a difficult situation promptly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price.

I absolutely had a spacy moment! I talked to them and forgot, just got a really nice call asking if all was well. There were so gracious about my mistake! I still can't remember the call but they knew the details.

They caught the rodents fixed all potential holes into the attic and painted the added materials to blend into the house. Everyone who cam to the house were clean and identifiably dressed as belonging to Safe Pro.

After previously contacting another company who no showed, I'm really glad because Alex and his team were punctual, thorough and personable without a hint of being overbearing. Received quote on Tuesday and services were completed on Thursday. Three guys were sent to treat the house and they were professional looking and neat...nice representation of the company. I was so pleased I signed up for quarterly service, which I haven't had in 20 years.

Overall, the experience went very well. We had a previous exterminator come last year; the guy brought a spray can and didn't sit to learn about our home or our concerns. With Safe Pro, Allan, Technician, sat with us first. He listened to why we sought his services in the first place (even after our first screening call with the owner). After that, he got to work inspecting our home for entry points. He then met with us to discuss the various ways we could better seal our home. Thirdly, he then went about his work throughout the home, outside the home and in the attic. He was very professional, to the point, friendly but not too talkative and explained everything he did. It was a very pleasant experience. He came all the way out to Sachse TX to boot!

They came out as promised ,set the traps and the squirrels were captured within a couple of days. The squirells and trap were removed, and the entrance in which they were using was sealed shut. I cant say enough how wonderful it is to be able to trust the guys at SafePro to handle a situation and know it will be done correctly. I trust them explicitly and they follow through with their promises.

I purchased my home in December and have been hearing tiny feet scampering in the attic. After reviewing Angie's List, I called Safe Pro. Safe Pro found two entry points they later fixed (and painted). I feel they were very detailed in what they did and I have not heard any more tiny feet. Everyone, from the owner to the employees, were friendly. The reason I rated the professionalism a 'B' was one of the employees was a little too open with personal information sharing. I signed up for a year of service with this company.

OVERALL SERVICE WAS AS PROMISED. DEFIN ITELY WOULD HIRE AGAIN.

The folks are professional and polite. We really like using them. They worked here once before.. They did a great job. We were free of rats for a couple of years. But, rats are persistent creatures and they eventually cut two new entryways (one to the attic and one to the crawl space). Now it is was our turn to get rid of them again. I expect this will last a very long time, but we will be glad to have the follow-up visits.

Alex Cantaboni, the owner, actually came out to provide the estimate. I had about five companies come out to provide me with an estimate. Alex stuck out the most because he actually crawled through the crawl space to look for signs of termite damage at no cost. He was the only company that actually looked under the house and he did it for free. He gave us a tailored, customized treatment with a very reasonable price for the deck where the termites were. We were able to avoid contracts that would last for several years. Alex was easily available by phone during the treatment. During the job, it was found that there was termite damage to the fence. They only charged a small additional fee to spray the fence as well. They didn’t have to do any additional drilling at all to complete the treatment. The treatment came with 90 day fully transferrable warranty. In addition, he offered a chemical that was only toxic to termites instead of ants as well. However, it may not last as long as the regular treatment so we didn’t choose it. We had a really good experience. I felt that we got exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price.

Arrived on time, allowed me to apply Angie's List coupon. Inspection and treatment was meticulous. Very impressed.

Safe Pro came out and set a squirrel trap along the roofline of our second story. For the last few months, we had heard what sounded like animals in our attic. It turned out that squirrels had chewed through some of the trim work on the front of our house and were up in the eaves of the home. The impacted space was at the top of our second story, requiring the traps to be set from high atop a long ladder. Following the initial inspection, the technician came out and installed the trap and provided detailed instruction about what I needed to do if anything was caught. He was also very thorough in outlining the risks of not promptly removing anything that was caught in the trap. In the end, it turned out that our little friend was not at home when the trap was set, so we never had to deal with a removal. After a week of waiting, the trap was removed and the areas where the roof line met the front of our house on either side were sealed with metal flashing. If we had paint and a paint brush available, they would have painted the metal at no additional charge, but we weren't organized enough to accomplish this! Based on our experience, we recommeded Safe Pro to my sister, and she had squirrel traps set today!

Alex and Nick were excellent. I had animals in my attic. They became active at night, which woke us up and drove us crazy. I had another guy come over first. That guy walked thru my house without climbing to my roof and said that the animals must have been on my roof because he didn't discover entry point. That guy also checked my attic and said no trace of animal. Then he left. I even hinted to him to get on the roof. He didn't. Animals continued to bug us. I called Safe Pro. Alex come over and walked over the house. No entry point. But he climbed over the roof and discovered an entry point hiden behind the gutter. He also pointed me animal foot print in my attic. Then he and Nick came over and put the trap the second day. A week later they removed the trap and sealed the entry point with solid metal. Ever since Alex's first visit, it has been very peaceful. No more animals in my attic.The guy (Alex) has a sense of humor as well. Good businessman

Alan arrived as scheduled, examined the area in question and got right to work. He was very personable and professional, and took time to answer all my questions. He presented me with the option of purchasing a service contract, and after he explained the benefits (four more treatments--one every three months for $75 each) I decided to buy it in anticipation of summer's onslaught of fire ants.

The reason that I choose Safe Pro is that they quoted a "one-time" termite extermination service. The other companies wanted a monthly fee to come back and check the property. The owner was very knowledgable about termite control, and answered all of my questions. He did not try to sell me something that I did not want, like the other companies. The technicians showed up on time, and finished on time. They were very courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the overall service, and would highly recommend them.

I finally broke down and called an exterminator about a year ago after waging a losing battle with ant infestations into the front rooms of my house. Safe-Pro treated the house inside and out and I haven't seen an ant since. They provide quarterly followup treatments to the outside. Alan is the technician and he is very, very thorough. The man's knowledge of his job is exceptional. Definitely recommend this company if you are having problems with ants or other pesky critters.

Excellent Service, if a little expensive. But, you get what you pay for - peace of mind.
