Safe Pro Pest Termite and Rodent Control

Very through examination of this house, yard, flower beds, garage and attic. Treated for spider issue and found several large wasp nests which he destroyed. Removed all spider webs even cleaning large webs on fencing. Checked attic and garage for pest, mice etc. Our technician Rex did an excellent job: explained their program and answered all my questions. We were very pleased, and decided this company would do our quarterly treatments. Deserves its A rating with Angie's list. We would highly recommend Rex and SafePro to anyone seeking quality Pest Control Services.

Very thorough, explained what he was doing and why. And even fixed my laundry room door which had a loose screw, which was really nice. Explained my options for quarterly spraying, what was included and anything that would be an additional fee. It went great. Very satified.

Service tech was on time, and very professional. He was meticulous, and covered every inch of my property outside, as well as the inside of our home. We have a contract with them, and at this point, we feel confident that we are well taken care of. I would recommend this company.

I did not have the service performed by this provider due to my misunderstanding, not anything wrong with the provider. I scheduled the service for a week later and I got my dates wrong. When I called to verify apt. they told me I scheduled It for a week later. After I told them I could not wait, although they were book solid they rearranged schedules so they could come out the next morning to spray my home. Unfortunately I had already scheduled another provider for later the day and desperate to have it done immediately. I had contacted Safe pest about 4 days prior and had lots of questions. The owner took the time to call me back two times and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me. He was very patient and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would use them again in the future and recommend them. Again, the misunderstanding was on my end not theirs.

Came on time. Complete inspection.

It went fine. They did what they said they would do. I would tell people to hire them. They did a great job. Their price was better than others. I would use them again.

Good. The whole year total is $320 plus the first service of $130, all excluding taxes. It is a contract for 1 year plus the first time making it a total of 15 months. Good customer service plus diligent work.

I called for a quote of services, Angies List has they service my area, however, they stated they are no longer accepting clients in Flower Mound. Diappointed that this is the second company that I've had this issue with. Please update your service area!!!!!

In all, a great experience! On-time, professional, courteous, reasonably priced. We signed up for the maintenance plan.

Our appointment was scheduled for 8:00am. Rex, the technician, was right on time (even a few minutes early) which was great since the appointment was during the work week. He quoted me the costs to which I agreed. He began right away with the exterior and did a very complete examination of the property and house. He found the source of ant issues and cleaned and sprayed the area that they were attracted to. He treated a spot in the yard near the drive where he saw "the longest trail of Odorous house ants he had ever seen." Then, he swept the eves and siding where small fauna nests might be. He sprayed the interior near doors and windows. Afterwards, he explained all of his work to me in detail. Rex was courteous, professional, and thorough. He cares about his work and represents Safe Pro well. I have used Safe Pro before and I have been please both times.

After clearing up a brief misunderstanding, my experience with Safe Pro Pest Control has more than lived up to the other highly-rated reviews on Angie's list. They provided very good mosquito control in a timely manner at a competitive price. And the entire staff seems committed to representing their company well and providing top-quality customer service. Since the initial treatment, I've seen only one mosquito ... which is about 1,000% better than what's been "the norm" during the past few months. Based on my experience thus far, I'll be signing up for their general organic pest-control program to manage the other pests around the house and yard. In addition to using Safe Pro on my property, I've referred them to my daughter and her fiancé.

First impressions are key and these guys nailed it. They were prompt in returning my call to set a meeting. They showed up a few minutes prior to the meeting and were very professional. They provided me options for controlling the pest that were pet safe and even offered to control the ant around my fruit trees with organic treatments. Which is something no other company offered me. Since the first treatment most of the ant were gone. I have had then out twice after (No charge to me) for a couple areas. After every visit I receive a call from the office inquiring if I am satisfied with the work completed. I now have a yard my children can play in and my wife can work in her flower beds without worry of ant bites. I can not say thank you enough to Safe Pro. Ron

I wish I could give Alan M., our technician, an A+++ in all categories instead of just an A!! I find it a bit amazing that I want to gush about a pest control company and it's team, but after being in Texas for 7 years and using 2 other pest control companies, Safe Pro, Alan M., and Kirby from the office made those other two companies look like absolute amateurs!!! Kirby was extremely professional and gave me all the information I needed about pricing, how they worked, etc......to feel confident from the very start to have the technician come out and see our issues. Alan M. is the technician that covers our Frisco area and we are SO happy to have met him!! What an asset to the Safe Pro team!!! He was very professional, but at the same time super informative! He called first to give us about half an hour notice, and arrived promptly at the time we set the appointment. He also wore "booties" which was a nice touch to protect the flooring. None of the other two companies did that. Alan was here for over 2 and a half hours performing pest control services and was so very detailed and thorough he left us almost speechless. He did things that the other two companies had never done before. He took time to speak with us about our issues and how we can ultimately conquer them and get rid of those pesky rodents outside once and for all! We know we will have a nice working relationship with Alan as he will need to come back quite often until our issue is resolved. We know we have found the pest control company we will be using as long as we live in this home! If you are contemplating switching to a new pest control company or have just moved and need a pest control company, DO NOT THINK TWICE about calling Safe Pro. You will be happy you did!!! We sure are!!!

I had seen a swarm of termites, so decided to have the house check. SafePro was very thorough, walking around the house with me and showing me risk areas. No termites were found, but I decided to go ahead and be proactive and have the house treated. I also had the pest control treatment done as well. Everyone I've interfaced with has been prompt, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I was happy with the work they did, and would definitely use them again.

Services performed were great! Our technician was very kind and worked hard to exceed our expectations.

One of the best things about Safe Pro is their total accessibility. I can take pictures of the issues/pests, etc. and email it to them and that allows them to be able to access the situation and make suggestions. All without me having to take time off of work. Then they come out to the house to review, in person. Alex, the owner, along with every person who works @ Safe Pro are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Indeed, I have at least 1 rat in the attic so Alex has put a plan into place and he also treated the inside and outside of the house for the other issues I was having. Alex and his team go over and beyond what is asked in assessing the issues a customer has. I've had Alex for several years now and when I purchased another home in December, I asked him to do the termite inspection because I value his professionalism and trust him.

Two days later and we still had not heard back from them. We moved on to another provider.

We really like Safe Pro. They always do a very thorough job spraying the outside and inside of our house. They explain their procedures well and are very responsive when we call with any concerns. Not to mention they are very friendly and polite. I would recommend them for any pest control needs.

Safe Pro Pest Control was very reasonable. We were very happy with them. They used treatment that doesn't harm the animals because we have a dog. They give a 1 year guarantee and we pay yearly for them to come back once a year to make sure that the termites and ants don't come back. They're very good. He showed us exactly what he was going to be doing. We checked with several different agencies and we paid them exactly what they told us we needed to pay. They were very good. We recommended them to family and friend.

It went great. This was our second rat infestation in about 3 years. The outfit we used to get rid of them the first time charged us more than twice what Safe Pro did and had "disappeared" from the market at the time of our recurrence. We learned that a number of their "fixes" weren't very effective, such as using a foam material to block access points. Alex did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic, and explained that our main problem was some of our soffits that were sufficiently water-damaged (mostly from misinstalled guttering) that the rats could chew through the wood to access our attic. Alex set up reliable physical barriers (sheet metal) to block the entrance points, painted over the sheet metal to make for a nicer aesthetic, and then put us in touch with another Angie's List contractor that could (and did) help us with our rotting soffits. He set up traps in the attic to catch any rats that might have been trapped inside by the barriers (there was only one). Alex helped us through a difficult situation promptly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price.

I absolutely had a spacy moment! I talked to them and forgot, just got a really nice call asking if all was well. There were so gracious about my mistake! I still can't remember the call but they knew the details.

They caught the rodents fixed all potential holes into the attic and painted the added materials to blend into the house. Everyone who cam to the house were clean and identifiably dressed as belonging to Safe Pro.

After previously contacting another company who no showed, I'm really glad because Alex and his team were punctual, thorough and personable without a hint of being overbearing. Received quote on Tuesday and services were completed on Thursday. Three guys were sent to treat the house and they were professional looking and neat...nice representation of the company. I was so pleased I signed up for quarterly service, which I haven't had in 20 years.

Overall, the experience went very well. We had a previous exterminator come last year; the guy brought a spray can and didn't sit to learn about our home or our concerns. With Safe Pro, Allan, Technician, sat with us first. He listened to why we sought his services in the first place (even after our first screening call with the owner). After that, he got to work inspecting our home for entry points. He then met with us to discuss the various ways we could better seal our home. Thirdly, he then went about his work throughout the home, outside the home and in the attic. He was very professional, to the point, friendly but not too talkative and explained everything he did. It was a very pleasant experience. He came all the way out to Sachse TX to boot!
