Worked with Mike. Very nice young man. Did not overcharge at all and explained what needed to be done and why. Was really impressed with him.

Bad quality of work, the expensive price quoted, cheap materials used, was promised to have same water pressure, received half of the original water pressure after work completed, despite telling many times to fix the pipe issue, no care was shown to correct it, during backfill, the garden irrigation pipes were broken as they were not careful with stomping, had to hire people afterward to fix it, the company never called back to review the project satisfaction.

Very expensive. Almost 300 dollars for 30 minutes work

Aaron fixed my faucet problem after another plumber could not. I filled out a form on HomeAdvisor and this was fixed promptly. I paid more than I would have liked, but I was tired of not being able to use this sink. My BlueFrog Plumbing experience was very good.

The water is still leaking. The problem still has not been resolved.

John came out and rescued me from my flooded toilet. He was very informative and very knowledgeable. The job was completed in a timely manner. I love this company!!!

The bid was more than 2X competition. This was for an undermount sink replacement and replacement of a faucet/disposal (Labor only). Not competitive. Person bidding work was on time and courteous.

Technician was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. It was a tough clogged drain, but he got it done. Quote for shutoff valves replacements was competitive. Although costs where higher than hoped for, it was worth it - you get what you pay for. They do very good work.

These folks are great. I was in a bind when remodeling my daughters house I discovered a gas line that needed to be moved. I had never used HomeAdvisor but decided to give it a try . I had good response with two estimates that day. BlueFrog tech was 1/2 the price of the other company and was creative in keeping costs down. He did the work in 24 hours. I would highly recommend â - especially if you get Mike!

They were fast, friendly and professional. Showed up right on time, got the work done fast, didn't add anything unnecessary on. Everything was clean and ready to go when they were done. I tend to get sticker shock when it comes to plumbing prices, but they were a few dollars less than other quotes I got, so they were at fair market price, and when you factor in speed, professionalism and friendliness, they're top notch.

Never having to contract for this particular service, I met with multiple companies. Bluefrog out promised and out delivered on their customer service and price. Zach met each challenge with professionalism and skill. I am so blessed to have found them through HomeAdvisor and am glad to spread the word about how they exceeded my expectations on all aspects of the job.

The cost was extreme for the job. I did agree to get it done and they did a good job. Discussing the cost with the owner he did agree to return a portion of a membership I did not know was a part of the cost. Your organization was part of the cost which I was told was $65.00 to him and any others you gave the lead to. I will handle future needs differently.

Replace a leaking outside faucet, and did a good job. It seemed a little expensive for a such a small job ($250), but I guess that's just the going rate for plumbers these days. That said, everything about the experience was easy and professional. I would call them again.
