Replace a leaking outside faucet, and did a good job. It seemed a little expensive for a such a small job ($250), but I guess that's just the going rate for plumbers these days. That said, everything about the experience was easy and professional. I would call them again.

The plumber knew exactly what piece was needed and was able to get to Teeters (for the part) and back to me on a Friday afternoon (when traffic is the absolute worse in Dallas!). Plumber completed the work promptly and charged a fair & reasonable price. Will be using this plumber again!

First time performed these services. Not sure if below prices are normal in plumbing industry: Install both hot and cold hose faucets. $357 plus Sheetrock Access No Wall Repair $$130

It only took him about half an hour and he charged us almost $500. I thought that was excessive just to replace a toilet valve and replace an outside faucet. Otherwise, fast service.

The service provided was outstanding. Russell did an amazing job. He found a problem, explained it well and helped us with the solution. Every person we interacted with was patient and professional. Excellent customer service! So glad we chose this company!

Timely arrival and service

I got charged full price $285, even though they did not have to use the sneak, jiggling the camera removed the clog. They got here first so I hired them, but the next guy was going to charge only $185. I made a note not to hire them again.

He was professional and courteous enough to answer my questions (even some I probably should have known). I had a breach in my main drain. I spoke with Kari on the phone and we discussed my options since I knew I needed a repair. Blue frog sent out a plumber(Ray W) and he confirmed my breach location and depth with his main drain camera. We agreed to a fair reasonable price and expected time to repair the line . They came out fixed my problem at the fair price and at the agreed upon time. Kari in customer service and Ray W plumber were professional and courteous and I would recommend Bluefrog plumbing to anyone.
