Hands down, this was the best moving crew that we have ever used. They were punctual and worked from the minute they arrived until the job was finished. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

The 3 guys were hired for 3 hours and managed to get everything into our house into the storage pod in the 3 hours for which we hired them. They were careful not to damage our newly-installed reclaimed walnut floor. Very professional, yet friendly. I was honored to have them help us.

The absolute BEST Move we have ever had and we have moved 7 times over the past 15+ years ... I will only use these guys int he future ...

The VMA team that helped with my move were awesome! All three gentlemen were professional and courteous. The original estimate included 5 hours for the move time...these guys did it in 3! They did call when they were about 20 minutes away, and were only about 10 minutes late (which is understandable with the DFW area traffic at times!), but from the time they arrived, to the time they completed the move, they were constantly going. I did not have them move everything from the original location, and as one room was completed, they did a walk through with me to be sure they had moved everything I had requested, At the end location, they set things up exactly where I wanted them....and even moved my couch and recliner around a few times until I was satisfied. They even moved a stove I had in the garage at the new location into the house for me. It has been appx 25-30 years since I have hired movers, and I was very nervous about hiring movers again, since the last company was unprofessional, and I even had things missing that I of course didn't realize until a later time. And I have heard nightmare stories about movers telling the client they can be sure their belongings get to the new location safely for an additional $50.00 per mover (happened to a friend of mine!) But, right from the start, the VMA team set me at ease with their friendliness & professionalism! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

I could not be more satisfied with the whole experience. Everyone was wonderful, accommodating, communicated well and went above and beyond on scheduling and rescheduling, packed and moved everything with care.

UPDATE: After the below review the owner reached out to me again and made this situation right. He apologized for misjudging the extent of the damage and sent someone out to repair the furniture at his cost. For that I have changed my rating. Our experience with the two men that helped us move was fine, they were polite and got the job done. The issue is with the owner and his solution to "fix" the damage they caused. Upon initial scheduling I told them we have an extremely heavy table, like 600 lbs, and would need three to four men to get this unloaded. They scheduled us with three men and I was fine with that, thinking my husband would just help with this piece. Day of the move only two guys show up. They said there will be a discount in our quote but this also meant that my husband and I would have to help unload if we were going to only use the three hours. That is not the point for us hiring movers. When we finally get to unloading this heavy table the movers had one plan on how to do it, just picking it up and walking down the ramp, and my husband has another, using the furniture carts. We go with what the movers want to do because it is their job. About halfway down the ramp one of the movers drops our table onto the metal grate ramp. Damaging the table, breaking chunks of wood off the corner as well as indenting the piece. The ramp also breaks, leaving a huge hole in the ramp that we had rented. The mover apologized and we got the piece inside. I told them immediately that we want to claim this as it is a very expensive piece and until then was in perfect condition, not to mention if another man had been holding it then the mover wouldn't have dropped it. The movers take pictures and record for their boss. The owner contacted me the next day and his solution to "make this right" was either he come out with a touch up pen or give me $50. Neither of which is an acceptable solution with how damaged the table is. This is the third experience we’ve had with local movers and by far the best. Their phone support was superior in that they always answered (surprisingly I have always had a hard time getting moving companies to answer the phone or call me back). Their emails were great, keeping me informed of my upcoming move and never leaving me worrying that they wouldn’t show up. They were prompt, showing up exactly when they said they would and they worked tirelessly. They were courteous and friendly and went up and down two flights of stairs all day long like it was nothing. I couldn’t be happier.

The 1-man/1-woman crew showed up on time, got busy immediately & got finished in an amazingly short period of time. Not only were they quick but they paid attention to detail, carefully wrapping our furniture to keep it from being damaged. They were also very polite & seemed to enjoy working together. I have had experience with many other moving services and I rank this one as the very best. I would definitely use them again & recommend them to others.

Ray & Alexis (go Army & Navy!) were very punctual & professional. They were also very polite & worked quickly. It was easy to see that they were a team that enjoyed working together. The company, VMA, are very detail-oriented & professional in their business. They sent us an accurate, thorough estimate, a list of dos & don'ts and moving hints & suggestions. We would definitely hire them again!

Veterans Moving did a great job! They were on time, worked professionally and efficiently, and accomplished the move in just a few hours. Nothing was broken or lost, and the movers were very responsive in setting up and placing furniture in the new apartment. We would definitely hire them again for a local move.

This team was as good as you can get! Five people came with great, positive attitudes, hard working, kept busy at all times with only 2 short breaks and lunch. We have moved several times before....this was the best company ever for us. Would hire again without hesitation!

Despite the rainy weather, the three person team (David, Alexis, and Shawn) showed up on time and ready to perform. When they arrived they assessed the mission, developed an effective strategy and executed the task. They rolled out mats to minimize tracking water on the floors then began prepping all the furniture for the move. They were fast, efficient and effective. The crew we had worked well together. No obstacle seemed too large for this crew.

The two-man team were amazing. They moved everything up three flights of stairs and never seemed to tire or lose their upbeat personalities. I cannot imagine using another company.

The crew was great. Paid by the hour but they were all very fast and attentive to their work. Everyone was polite to my entire family. These guys knew what they were doing and knockedit out fo the park.

Had an excellent experience with Veterans Moving America. I was able to set up everything online. The two movers were friendly, courteous and efficient, everything you'd hope for. They showed up straight-up on time. And the final cost was below estimate (and also, I received a veteran discount). Highly recommended, and I'll definitely go with these guys next time I move.

I recommend this company very highly. They are all veterans and are very courteous. Very professional also. I will use this company again and again. Will also suggest them for anyone that needs quality moving service. Can't go wrong with this company.

It was great! They were so kind and helpful and did a fab job! HIGHLY recommend them! I feel for the work they did for me and the cost, it was well worth it!

I couldn't be happier. Everything went well. The guys were great! My wife had imagined that more furniture would fit in the new place then did and they happily put things back on the truck and moved it to storage.
