Description of Work: The person who came to our door claimed to be the owner of the company and was very smooth-talking. I was ready to use him, but thank goodness my husband wanted 2 more estimates. He did do our neighbor's roof during the time we were getting our estimates, and he showed up with another man and introduced that man AS HIS MANAGER!!! That was a huge turn off since he claimed to be the owner of the company. RIPOFF LOUD & CLEAR! He did end up ripping our neighbor off. When her insurance check came in, he asked her how much the check was for, and magically the cost of their new roof was the same amount -- $29,000!!!!! Their house is not large enough to warrant that cost. And they did a bad job and never heard from them again. They tried to contact them, but nothing. So again, we are grateful we went with someone else, got a great roof, good deal, and gave us an estimate up front without needing to know the amount of our insurance check!

Description of Work: Replaced an entire flat roof on a 2200+ sq foot house, including multiple skylights, a raised atrium, chimney, rooftop A/C compressor. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I got 3 estimates for this job; Tarrant Roofing was in the middle. I am completely satisfied with my decision.
