Description of Work: They sanded and refinished about 950 feet of original oak hardwood flooring in |a 1950's era house. The floors were in very poor condition and required several |large patches. They were able to match the old flooring perfectly. Final product was beautiful, and I would highly recommend this company. |They were prompt and courteous, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I am very pleased with my new floors.

Description of Work: After my floors were installed I discovered that the threshold boards were not glued down. Not a big deal...I am sure they just forgot. However when I called to point it out and have it fixed Mr. Kelly told me I could buy what I needed at Lowes and glue them down myself! I was afraid I would buy the wrong glue/tools so when I mentioned this he stated he would drop off a caulking gun w/the glue on my front porch! Which he did...and my thresholds are still not glued down because apparently I did not know what I was doing, which is why you hire a professional to do the work. I am a single Mom who just paid $10,000 for very nice floors. When it comes to Mr. Kelly Chivalry is dead!

+ 0 moreThe process took slightly longer than expected (5 days as opposed to 3-4 originally quoted). He pricing was the same as original quote. His crew was not the best at keeping the fine sand out of my house, but then again, that stuff is pretty messy so I'm not sure who can keep it out. But, they were mannerly, worked long hard days and always fixed any area that I pointed out was not to my satisfaction. I couldn't have been more pleased.
Description of Work: I had three companies out to look at my parquet floors which had suffered water damage in the heavy rains. They were buckled, gray, and looked pretty bad in some areas. Every other company would only replace them. No one wanted to repair them. However, Roy took the time to explain the final product of a restoration, assembled replacement pieces from older oak parquet and hand stained them all to match. The final product looked fabulous and he saved me thousands of dollars by being willing to take the time to pay attention to details. This man knows his wood flooring types. I am using him again to refinish a whole house full of engineered floors in my new home.
