+ -1 moreOverall it went very well. We had an inspection prior to purchasing the home. The inspector noted possible minor issues with the foundation (home was build in 1968) and referred us to Foundation Dynamics. Kyle Price came out to inspect within 48 hours of our initial call - he was on time, very professional and answered any questions we had. He sent us a report on his findings and a recommendation within 24 hours. Once we decided to do the work with them, Kyle kept us informed every step of the way. He was there the first day to kick off the project and was available throughout (about 3 days). He made sure to touch base daily to make sure we were happy with the work and answer questions. The engineering and plumbing inspections were scheduled by office staff and were also punctual. Our paperwork with warranty was sent within 1 week of completion of the work and payment. We had questions about the plumbing inspection after it was completed and sent a couple of emails and left a voice mail but were never able to get a return call. As a result, we eventually had the plumbing reinspected separately.
Description of Work: 14 Concrete pressed piers put in and removal of a concrete patio. Service included 2 independent engineering inspections - one before and one after the piers were put in and plumbing inspection after the piers were put in. Includes a transferable lifetime warranty.
