They were listed 3rd when I ran a search. The first two companies I called were booked out 8 or more days. Called discount and they fit me in same day. It took less than 30 minutes to fix 2 heads and since he adjusted a head for me as well.

Discount Service Company was very reasonable in price and responded quickly to my calls. They provide good service and I will use them again in the future.

I called discount yesterday after finding them on Angie's list. The girl on the phone was really nice and scheduled a repair the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would and my sprinkler system works great again. They didnt nickel and dime me with every charge possible and pointed out some areas that needed attention that I was not aware of. Great service, highly recommended.

Selling our house and buyers inspector said sprinkler system needed servicing. I initially called and spoke with the owners wife to schedule my appointment. I spoke with her on a Friday and was hoping someone could come out same day. She said they could come out but if I could wait til next week it would save some money. So I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. On Tuesday they called 15 minutes ahead and let me know they were on the way. Showed up 1 minute early. This guy was my kind of repair man! He didn't talk my head off. Very pleasant guy! He knocked on the door and introduced himself. I showed him the sprinkler box in the garage and he got to work inspecting the system. A few minutes later he knocked to let me know his findings. He said that the sprinkler heads in the front were "a little low" but did not necessarily need to be raised as they were providing ample water coverage at their current level. LOVE THE HONESTY! Not trying to just make an extra buck!!!!! He said it was my decision if I wanted to raise them or not. But, since the buyer's inspector said they were too low and the buyers wanted it done, I got them all raised anyway. He was very very quick. Total work was just under an hour. He knocked on the door and let me know when he was done and had the invoice all written up. He took down my credit card number onto the invoice and gave me a carbon copy of it. I am happy I got an invoice right then and there instead of waiting a few days for the office to mail it. I needed to get the invoice to the buyer's agent right away. Great company! Great tech-Chris! Wonderful experience. Highly recommending Discount Service Co Lawn Sprinkler Systems! Hope we have more sprinkler problems at our new house so I get to use them again!

Had service scheduled with another company and they called and cancelled due to rainy weather (found out they had a "C" grade on Angie's List) . I called DSC and told them about my problem and she said Jeff was in the area and she would check if he could stop by and have a look because some customers were cancelling appointments because of the rainy weather. Jeff arrived a couple of hours later and got right to work inside a dry garage. He diagnosed the problem as a failed controller within minutes. He had a new unit on hand and had it installed in just a few more minutes. He did a quick setup of the system (days & run times) and gave me a quick start demo. All-in-all, a very satisfying experience. I will definitely be calling them back when it's dry to do some sprinkler head maintenance.

They really know there stuff and not costly at all. I got other bids on the moving the line out and the were $100's less.

This company is the best I have found on Angie's List. Top notch service. On my first call, Kara provided lengthy directions to help me minimize my water bill until they could come out. She really seemed to care. The tech they sent was superb, used some parts I provided even to help save me money. Accepted that I intended to do the easy stuff myself once he took care of the hard stuff. A week after they left, my system sprung a severe leak. There was no way to know for sure if their work had caused it; most likely the older parts were just stressed out after dirt was disturbed near them for repairs. These things happen when your system is ancient; I don't blame them. They came and fixed it for free and quickly, without question. They came out after I sent my email about it, without being able to reach me first. I came home thinking I was going to have to deal with the problem and look for more info before deciding whether it was on their work or not. Instead, I came home to find everything fixed and a beautiful stress free weekend on the horizon instead of a weekend digging to find a leak while my water was shut off.

When I called the week before to make the appointment, the girl answering the phone, (Kara, wife of owner) was very knowledgeable and very nice. The entire experience beginning with the original phone call and ending with the crew arriving right on time to the obvious knowledge of the owner was positive. I will definitely be using them to maintain our system from this point forward.

Jeff showed up on time, worked very quickly to identify my issues and familiarize himself with my system (his company had not installed the system at my house), and expeditiously made the necessary repairs. After this experience, I will definitely use Discount Service Company when I add a rain/freeze sensor to my system.

What a nightmare. We were in the process of selling our home during one of the hottest summers on record. The buyers had just completed their inspection of the property and gone. I came home to find no water pressure (we have a well). I called our well guy (separate report, awesome guy, Priceless Water Well), and he suspected that we had a sprinkler head stuck open. He was right. So I called Discount Service at around 9 p.m., and left a message telling them that I couldn't find the shut off valve for the sprinkler system, and that I had shut off the power to the well so that the pump wouldn't burn up trying to constantly fill the holding tank. He returned my call at 7:30 the next morning, and
