They were quick and they came out. Overall, they did a good job. There were some things that I think that they should've done to be more proactive.

Accurate Foundation Repair has been excellent. It was kind of cool. They leveled our house. They were on top. They kept checking back. Their name defined them. They did foundation repair. They did follow up. They did come and check. He came inside and checked the levels again. The people we dealt with were very personable. We asked them questions and didn't dump them. The cost was very reasonable. We did our homework. We got 3 or 4 quotes. We got a lot of bang for our buck. I know you can't rate more than 'A' but I still would rate them 'A' plus for everything. I would use them again in the future and recommend them.

I had used them in the past and received a discount because of this.

I had to wait over a month to get the foundation repaired. Job well done!

Toward the end of 2007, I noticed that the piers appeared to have pushed through the driveway and had actually left a hole where I could see the top of the piers in two places. I called them out, and they told me that my driveway had dropped. In other words, it was my problem. In 2012, I noticed that the floors in the hallway were no longer touching the wall, and there was about an inch between the baseboard and the floor. I called Accurate back out again, and was told they would put two interior piers in the house to solve the problem. They took no measurements but just "eyeballed" it. I then talked to two other foundation companies and an independent structural engineer. One company and the engineer provided me with a detailed drawing showing me where the lowest point in the house was and recommended either having urethane pumped under the low points in the house or interior piers but neither recommended putting the piers where Accurate Foundation had recommended putting them. The other two companies and the engineer seemed to think that urethane would be the best choice because the flow can be controlled better and it will actually raise a foundation and resolve the cracks. I am now just trying to save the money to have it done and hoping the house does not drop any further. Looks like I will have to have the driveway repaired as well as concrete repair done in the back because I can now see the top of a pier pushing through the concrete in the back of the house where there is a patio. All in all, it has just been a big mess. Accurate Foundation was fine when they initially did the work, they just did not want to have anything to do with any problems that occurred after the initial fix. They also told me, they do not recommend pumping anything under the house and strongly discourage it in fact.

I researched foundation repair. I had 4 company's come to the house and measure and give me an estimate. Every company was professional and informative but the system Rusty woods explained made the most sense to me so we went with accurate foundation repair. I have to say when the house was "lifted" there was a crew of 11 men here and everyone treated my home as if it were their own. They took exceptional care in the adjustment and it could not have been more perfect. Plus a lifetime, transferable warranty.

They came on time, as promised. The foreman was very professional and explained what was going to happen. After they installed the piers, they cleaned and left by the end of the day. Excellent work. Hopefully the repairs will be final. If not, there is a lifetime limited warranty.

Bill Thomas is one of the most honest, sincere and kind people I have ever encountered. His company did what they were asked, on time and professionally. I cannot speak highly enough of it's owner.

Overall from the estimate through to the finish it was a seamless process. The estimator was very friendly, polite, and professional. Answered all my questions. Was available for additional questions when I contacted him. Once we decided to award the contract to Accurate Foundation, they told me what to expect and when. They did everything they said when they said. The crew foreman was excellent and the crew was professional and very efficient. They were very neat and actually left things cleaner and neater than when they arrived.

After examining the foundation problems, Randy explained that there was a procedure that needed to be done before he could give me an accurate estimate of the cost. He stated that a test on the sewer line would need to be completed and results of that would determine the appropriate repair of the foundation. He offered names of companies that would perform the test if I did not know of any plumbing company. I was impressed by his honesty and providing me with sequential steps in solving the problem in order to provide the proper foundation repair solution.

It was the first time we had used them. It went well, they did a good job. They sent two crews out and were able to get it done in 1 day. We were happy with the job done.

Overall, I was pleased with their job. They seemed to do what they sd, and final engineers report was good. They were a little messy during the job, but maybe this is par for the course with this type of work. Their foreman was very good to deal with, as were the people at the main office. I would use them again, and felt like they didnt take advantage of me being a single female and not knowing the ins and outs of foundation repair.

Great crew...They where very Professional and kept me informed the whole time...when they finished i couldnt even tell they where there...my outside yard was cleaner then when they started !!!

After them finding our warranty paperwork, they sent a crew to repair what i was told to be 4 or 5 piers. When they came, they repaired one,had equipment issues repaired another and left. when all of our interior repairs started cracking in the same places and more, i again began contacting them and by october 2011, they had lost or warranty paperwork again. After threatening legal action, they sent someone to check again. I was informed that our foundation was actually raising by over an inch at the master bed/bath. I was informed that i probably had plumbing issues and that would be on me to fix. they told me to get a pluming test done. I wasnt handling it quickly enuff, so they called DALWORTH plumbing,"very nice people by the way".Dalworth pressure tested everything found no problems and gave the information to Accurate.When we contacted them in december they had lost our warranty paperwork again, and we havent heard from them since.

I was taking notes and he realized that I was trying to learn so he tried to educate me in the hour that he was here. He didn?t talk down to me, he took my questions seriously, and he answered my questions even though they were weird. He could tell that my husband and I were a bit at odds about this project and he was sensitive to that. I believe he said he has been doing work like this for 15 years. He gave me pointers about me how I could cut down on the expense; we could do some of the work and they would do as little or as much as we asked. He would need to come out and give another assessment to give a more exact price.

They were very friendly and very good at cleaning up after themselves. Cost was under $4000.

I thought Accurate was just awesome. They responded quickly and were quite pleasant. The work was also done promptly. They cleaned up all the debris when the job was done, leaving no mess for us to deal with.

The inspector told me I did not need the significant work I expected, but recommended a much less intrusive fix to the problem. Although the job was then too small for the company, the inspector recommended another contractor.

HE'S A REALLY NICE GUY. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY OFFER LIFETIME WARRANTIES, AND I'VE HAD THEM COME BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES FOR MINOR FOLLOW UP WORK.
