BLUE JAY CARPET CLEANING

Description of Work: Deep cleaned master suite carpet. I've used Bluejay 4 times now and highly recommend Jay DeLaughter's work. He is owner and operator and his quality control is himself. He does a nice job and you can trust him in your home.

Description of Work: Large living room, short hall and Master Bedroom. Great!

Description of Work: I called Jay to come out and clean my carpets in my home. I was actually only going to initially have him clean 3 rooms and a hallway for me because I thought my other carpets were too far gone from pet stains, dirt, etc. I was very concerned that the cleaning would create an enormous smell from my dog's accidents on the floor, which is why I was not going to have the entire house cleaned and had decided to just go ahead and replace the carpets in those rooms. Jay did not give me any guarantees on the floors, but said he had been known to work wonders on pet stains especially. I decided to go ahead and have him clean the living and dining rooms, in addition to the other rooms. At this point, I still had decided that the master bedroom carpet would have to be replaced and honestly didn't think that cleaning the living and dining would work, but his prices were great and I decided to give it a chance. The day of the clean, he arrived promptly and was incredibly professional. He had a truck mounted unit, which i knew was important to get the dirt and stains clean and that was important to me. He pre-sprayed all of the rooms and actually allowed the pre-treatment to soak for about 15-20 minutes before he began the extraction. It took him about 2 hours and he was done. When he was done with the rooms, I was amazed, especially after they dried! They were so clean and I didn't smell any ammonia from the dogs! I am very experienced with carpet cleaners, as I was married to one for many years and I was amazed at the cleanliness of my carpets, in fact so amazed, I called him back out to clean the master bedroom. I completely recommend him and would use him again every time I need my carpets cleaned. He was honest and didn't charge me any more than what he quoted me over the phone, which is rare in the carpet cleaning industry. I even called him to ask him what he recommended I use in the future to disinfect my carpets and to put on stains and he gave me the name of a product that is wonderful. Description of Work: Carpet was done to my wife's satisfaction- she is picky about these things. The "clean-up' area on the tile was left clean and not sticky with residue like some companies leave behind. We only had about half of the house done- our preference - we will hve him come back and do the rest in a couple of months.
