Contacted Jay, along with several other firms and got an estimate for the number of rooms. He came on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning our carpets. Heavy items were placed up on small blocks and smaller movable items were carefully moved to a safe area till the cleaning was completed. The rugs had not been cleaned for a while and the improvement was significant. Highly recommend Blue Jay Carpet cleaning. Jay's price is less than some of the large outfits that advertise on TV, but the quality of job completion was better. Will hire Jay again in the future.

I was very pleased with the service. The price was very good and it did not balloon up to 2x the estimate when he got here as I had experienced with other carpet cleaning companies. In fact, the final bill was slightly less than the over-the-phone estimate. Jay was very professional and arrived on time, told me about how long it would take and finished in the time he said. We will use him again.

I didn't think the carpet was going to come cleaned; it was in horrible condition. We hadn't had it cleaned since we moved in about 6 years before. He made it near spotless - amazing! It was great working with him - great personality.

As others have said, Jay arrived on time, got the job done within the hour time frame he had given us, and did a really nice job. We had some pet urine odors that needed to be worked on, and the weekend has passed since Jay worked his magic, things are still smelling fresh. Jay is super friendly, I was very comfortable having him in my home. I think this is very important now day's, in addition to the work performed. Jay was very easy to work with. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew he was who I would hire. He was honest, punctual and very easy to work with. He arrived on time, did the work as expected, and even reduced the price from the original quote. We were very impressed!

We called with a last minute request due to family coming to town and he accomodated us effortlessly and very kindly. He worked us into his schedule, arrived on time, and did an outstanding job. We inherited an rough carget and then made it worse with a dog and two toddlers. For the last few years, we've seen stains reappear within four weeks. It's been over six months and the stains have still not appeared. Very impressive.

We have lived in our home for almost 4 years and we have two large black dogs and beige carpet. We have a great deal of traffic in and out of our home and it was well past time to have our homes flooring cleaned. I contacted Jay on Monday (9/24) at around 10:00 and left a message, within 15 minutes he returned my phone call. After I briefly described our home and the rooms we would wanted cleaned he agreed to travel out to do the job for us and scheduled an appointment for just a few days later. Jay arrived on time and called to let us know that he was on his way as scheduled beforehand. Our carpets look great and the tile in our kitchen is so clean it looks like we had new tile put down! Jay does all the cleaning himself and is very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job of putting us at ease and was very reasonably priced!

The job from beginning to end was pleasant and hassle free. No hitches to the schedule or work.I called the number obtained from Angie's list, got an estimate. He told me to call back when I wanted to schedule, which I did. He was prompt in coming, made sure he didn't damage any tile or walls and told me the front door would be open in case my cat decided to take a stroll. All these details made him customer friendly. He was pleasant, friendly, but not overtly so. He suggested we leave the furniture off until the next morning, which we did. The carpet dried nicely and feels fine.

The carpeted areas in our house are a light color and because of everyday living, some areas were looking pretty soiled. I contacted Jay and he gave me a ballpark estimate from my description of what was needed. When Jay arrived, he walked through the house with me and explained how he would be treating each of the areas. He wrote the work order before beginning work so that I could see the exact price--the price was very close to the estimate he had given over the phone. He completed the work in a timely way and was very professional. I'm pleased with the cleanliness of the carpet and with his attention to the care of my furniture.

Jay was very responsive from first call to schedule appointment. He called to let me know when he was on his way and showed up right on time. Very personable and friendly. Took about 2-3 hours. The price for the 4 rooms and stairs was much less than I was expecting. Once he was done stains were gone and carpet looked great! Will definatly use Blue Jay again for any carpet cleaning needs.

My granddaughter had spilled a cup of coffee, with cream, on the carpet about a week ago. I didn't try to get it up myself, cause I know that the cream would cause a permanent stain, if not treated right. So I checked out Angies List. After reading all the reviews,I chose the Blue Jay Carpet Cleaning Company. When I called him, I told him about the stain. He worked on it when he first got here and it looks like new. This carpet is over 10 years old, and I have three "rescue" cats.

They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them to do any work. We had to leave during him time, and he said he would come back and do the work. They were on time and professional the entire.

I got Blue Jay's name through other Angie's List reviews. Jay answered my call himself and was up front in saying that I'd have to pay to have 5 rooms cleaned (instead of the bif Deal price) due to the distance ( I live outside of Sanger), and quoted me a price of $168. This was well within my price point and we set a date for a week later. He called that morning to confirm and was right on time. He said it would take about 1 1/2 hours, and it did. I was impressed that I heard his cellphone ring 3 times while he worked and he let them all go to voice mail and kept on working. I had the same carpets cleaned just 6 months before, but the job was so so and I still had some pet stains that hadn't come out. My carpeting now looks brand new! Bright and fresh-and I have prety light colored carpeting so that's not easy. He cleaned up after himself and left me with clean carpets and very pleased. My plan is to have him clean some furnitre after the first of the year. I definitely recommend Blue Jay Carpet Cleaning.

I found him up on Angie's List. He came and cleaned the carpets. I contacted him and he called me back promptly. Initially, I thought that it would take about a week for him to work me in but then he had an opening in his schedule and he worked me in. He came over to my house and had the whole work done in a matter of two hours. He was very flexible. The results were excellent and the carpets were clean. I would indeed use him again in the future.

Jay was great to work with. I scheduled him to come out on a Saturday afternoon, and he showed up promptly on time, even letting me know before hand he was on his way. He took about 10 minutes to look around and give an estimate, which was very reasonable, and then he started cleaning. It took him about two hours to apply the pet stain treatment and then steam clean the entire house. He did a great job, the carpets look much better, and the pet odors are gone. I will definitely be calling Jay back next year for another cleaning.

Jay called and reviewed by phone my needs and concerns. Because I was pushed for time, he suggested I try and vacuum prior to his arrival, but also indicated this was not a requirement-just a way to speed up the process. Jay gave me a time reference and followed up with a phone call to say he was on his way. Upon arrival, Jay inspected each room, asked me what my concerns were and got to work! Once the job was complete he told he would return if I was unsatisfied for any reason and discussed where to take my oriental rug for cleaning. The carpets were cleaned extremely well and stains were all removed. An added bonus was his price was very competitive! 2 bedrooms, large den, dining room, main hallway and hallway to garage were all cleaned- heavy traffic areas.
