After placing a project request on Angi for a kitchen faucet replacement, I was contacted by Liberty Plumbing since I requested an estimate from them. We agreed on an appointment with an estimate for the work. On the day of the appointment, Liberty Plumbing were on time and even sent me a reminder prior to the appointment. Once Liberty Plumbing employees arrived, they were extremely nice, professional, and courteous with me plus gave me an estimate on the amount of time the project would take. Before I realize it since I was watching tv, they were done with kitchen faucet replacement project. Once I paid for the work, he explained to me his warranty details as well as took some time to measure my bathroom toilets/ spacing since I’m looking at replacing my standard builder’s grade toilets with higher toilets. I can honestly say that as a customer, you couldn’t ask for better employees as the two gentlemen that I had today for my kitchen faucet replacement. I definitely will hire Liberty Plumbing again as well as recommend them to family members and friends.

I am new to El Paso and needed a water softener / conditioning system and reverse osmosis system for my house. Liberty Plumbing came to give an estimate. Albert was very informative, polite and honest about what his company could do. Once I got the estimate, I was blown away at how fair his price was. He came a week later to install the system. Albert and Mike were very courteous and professional. Was given an arrival time and was pleasantly surprised they arrived earlier than stated. They take pride in their work and their end product shows it. Albert explained what was required for my water heater replacement and no surprise work was needed. They are very clean and thorough. They came and installed a new sink for me for a home I just purchased. I was unaware that my garbage disposal was leaking but I guess I kind of knew something was leaking cuz of the water spots underneath the sink. They replaced the garbage disposal for me and installed the new sink cleaned up all their work and did it in an hour for the best price I was quoted out of three different plumbers. Definitely going to be using them for all my plumbing needs.
