Description of Work: Installed 16 piers including having to dig through the concrete inside the house for 3 of them. They were very easy to work with. They gave us more reliable information than we felt we got from the other companies. The engineer that came out concurred with their findings.

Description of Work: TERRIBLE SERVICE! An appt to get an estimate was confirmed for btwn 2:30 and 3pm. The woman said it would be closer to 3pm and I would receive a courtesy call when he was on his way. I received a call at 1:45pm with a voicemail saying that he was in the area early if I could meet with him in 20 minutes. I was not able to call back until 2:15pm at which time the woman very rudely and obviously very irritated, stated that it had been 30 minutes since she called me. I apologized for not being able to return her call immediately and asked if the scheduled appt was still on. She said no, he had already left the area and would not be returning. She said to reschedule the appt, there will charge me $75 to come out!!! I have no idea what just happened!?!! They will obviously never have my business as that was the most unprofessional manner in which to treat a potential customer! I have several homes and need foundation work done on almost every one of them as I remodel...needless to say, they have lost my business.

Free estimates are for home owners only. (removed member name) called the same day we set and went on appointment for a home she was looking to buy. (removed member name) asked if we could give her 15 minutes notice before we arrive. Amanda told her we would. The reason we charge for non home owners as we advertise is because they are not the home owner and most of time they do not show. They do not have keys to the home. We did her a favor by not charging and then for 20 minutes we could not get a hold of her and we had worked her in between existing appointments. I set out front but after 20 minutes I had other appointments. How do I know after one no show that she is going to be there next time. By charging for the appointment for some reason the customers seem to care about being professional and answering there phone. My time is just as valuable as hers. This was a $500.00 free estimate she should have answered her phone.
