Mark and his crew from API did a great job with my paver patios. From the low-key, no pressure sales approach, to extensive help with the planning and even changing the plan on the fly (due to the whims of this customer) the entire process was completely painless. The quality of the work is FANTASTIC, and their prices couldn't be beat! I couldn't be happier.

Mark Buxton was very professional in his initial contact, & I felt that he was knowledgeable in his field & that I would have my patio complete in a reasonable time frame & that everything we discussed at out initial contact would be taken care of. However, Mark & his team communicated very poorly & the project that was supposed to take 3-5 days took more like 3 weeks! There were days when they didn't come & days where they wouldn't start working until late morning or in the afternoon! There was also a time where their cutting blade needed to be replaced & they did not have a spare so I had to wait 2 more days, but the patio came out nice!

Had a wonderful experience with American Property Improvement. I needed my front yard done asap and Mark made it happened. They give you what you want and at a great price! I have had many compliments on my landscaping. I will definitely use him again in the near future for my backyard.

American Property Improvement is a 5-Star outfit. They deliver the goods; what they promised they delivered. We are totally satisfied with Mark and the crew who worked on our Patio: Every question was answered, there was no high pressure sells tactics, they were very professional in handling our project and the crew completed the job as promised (on-time). API did a fantastic job on my 450 Sq.Ft. Belgard Interlocking Concrete Paver overlay. We chose the Flagstone Field Mega Arbel with slate grey urbana for the border. What we liked mostly was the pricing for the job; there were NO HIDDEN CHARGES. These guys are gooooood!!!

Mark did a great job with our front yard and I couldnt have asked for anything better. It was just what we were looking for, without being overwhelming. We have a very small yard, and the landscaping blends in beautifully. Cant wait to do the backyard next year!
