Excellent service. Tim was very professional. He was prompt, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The repair needed was very well done, not sure anyone else would even notice that it was done. The stretching took care of the gaps seen in several rooms. The before and after pictures of the carpets were amazing. So thankful to have clean and fresh smelling carpets once again. He was quick and very easy to work with. Will definitely be using him again.

Did a "super" job even getting out a coffee stain that I didn't think possible. Didn't get in a hurry and explained process as he went along. Didn't try to sell me everything in the truck like others I have used. More than fair cost and will be using him again that is for sure!

Tim was excellent. The house is over 50 years old so was more difficult to clean than newer systems. He is knowledgeable & went over & beyond what I expected in all areas. I will definitely use again.

Comparing him to my last service, he was very professional. He explained things to me. He was trustworthy. He didn't try to sell something that I didn't need. Nice young man. I guess price was fine. I guess he's fair. I guess I would say, for two bedrooms, I think it was fine. They're very professional.

I had several spots that just appeared in my carpet over the last couple years. I was told by another vendor that they were caused by stains in the pad and I thought I would have to have the pad replaced in order to get rid of the stains. However, after a few minutes of looking at the issue, Tim identified the problem and applied some solution to the stains and they disappeared. I was amazed!! Tim also cleaned the rest of the carpet in the room and it looked great. I would definitely recommend Quality Care CC and Tim. He actually took the time to identify the real issue. Thank you Tim!!

He was punctual and cordial. He explained our options to clean the chair and did a test on some spare fabric first. Once he started cleaning the chair he said he realized the chair wasn't dirty; it just looked like it in certain lights and depending on which direction the nap of the fabric was brushed. He said he didn't want to take money from us for doing a job he wasn't sure needed doing, that we could brush the chair and it'd come up clean looking according to how we brushed it. My husband and I were both impressed that he was so honest and wasn't about to take money from us for something he didn't think needed doing. So we decided not to go further with the cleaning and he didn't charge us any money. We admired his honesty and professionalism and so would gladly use his services in the future and recommend him to other people.

Did a wonderful job & we are very pleased with the quality of his work. He called the morning of our appointment to confirm that he would be here at the appointment time & he was on time! We would recommend Tim to any of our friends, neighbors or family members! He really did do a great job! Plus, we helped to support a small local business!

Right from the moment he arrived, I could tell that Tim is the kind of service provider I would like to use. He explained my misunderstanding right from the start and offered me a few different options. It was clear that he's in business to provide great service and customer relations. I am 100% sure I will be re-scheduling with him and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants quality work and to be treated fairly!

Tim called to let me know he was in route and arrived at the agreed upon time. He explained his services and gave me an estimate. He went to work and finished all the work in about 90 minutes. The carpet looked very nice. We talked about using his services again in the future.

Our 14 year old dog had an accident on our rugs and we had to call someone to take care of this as quick as possible. Looked in our Angies list book and Tim ad came up as Certified and Insured and Eco Friendly with good references. I didn't expect to get anyone on a Saturday morning, but he asked a few questions and told me he could be here by 11:00 am. Tim was professional on phone and in person. he explained the job he was going to do and performed his service. I can't express my gratitude for the service or making the time to come out and cleaning our rugs on such short notice. Thank You! doesn't seem good enough, my rugs look like new and I know I will use his service again.

Professional, attention to detail, over the top

Tim was very friendly and professional on the phone, and in person. He answered all of my questions and was able to perform his service in just a few days. The carpets look great! I could tell he worked hard to make sure quality work was done.

This is the third time I've used Tim. I use a lock box so he can get in if I'm not there. He does a great job and is very diligent and careful to make sure everything is satisfactory. I'll continue to use him.

Tim called ahead to let me know he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was courteous and educated me on everything he was going to do. He also made suggestions for the pet stains and odors and I chose what I preferred to be done. He worked diligently and was mindful of my hardwood floors. He had to work extra h****** the pet stains, but made sure I was happy with the results. It is obvious the quality of his work is most important. He also offers a guarantee on his work. Together we walked room to room and discussed what needed to be done. Tim was upfront with the costs and made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done.

Tim was great to work with. I submitted an estimate request on his website, and he called me within an hour. After speaking with him on the phone, I booked him immediately and stopped my search. He was able to schedule me for the date and time I requested, and sent me an email confirmation. On the morning of the service, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Tim was extremely professional when he arrived and got the chair cleaned quickly. It looks great! He let me know that there is a 1 month warranty, so if I notice anything after it dries he will come back out. Before leaving, he made me aware of the wet spots on the tile because he was worried my toddler might slip. As a mom, I appreciate that he brought that to my attention! I highly recommend Quality Care Carpet Cleaning.

He did an excellent job on the first two chairs. He was very pleasant and attended to detail. This time he warned me that using water on the chairs could make the dye bleed and the delicate material might tear. He asked to dry clean which I approved. After attempting dry cleaning in a couple of places he was concerned that it may tear the material as well so he asked if I wanted to proceed. I told him no. I appreciate that he came to our office and spent considerable time but was honest about the risks and didn't charge me. This provider is honest, reliable and does excellent work. I plan to use him in my home.

He appeared at the time we made appointment. He gave me estimates for the additional work at reasonable price. He worked very well. He removed stains that my three dogs made over the past two years. My wife and I agreed to use him again.

Tim asked if I had any areas that concerned me. I told him what I wanted and he did an excellent job. I was so pleased with his service! When my husband is happy it is an added bonus!
