It turned out great. I go to them for my regular maintenance needs. The service is top notch. I really love them.

We are awaiting the replacement of the new part, but I am certain that the job will be done properly as everything else with the truck has always come back with a positive.  Yes we love this shop.  Thanks Natalie, Cindy and Doug...you know your stuff.

Tired of paying Dealer prices and tired of their Service Advisors trying to create more business, I looked around for a family owned/run business.   You usually get better service when the owner of a business is on the premises and is wanting to get repeat business and referrals.



Walked in without appointment and Mr Carr was able to fit me in right away.  I waited while the work was done. I could have gone to the dealer and got a "free" loaner or a more plush waiting area, but it would have cost me another $100 for the same result.

He is a really good mechanic. He is honest and won't take anything from you. He will call you to let you know what needs to be done and ask if it can be done before he does the work.

He is so good. We drive forty five minutes to get to him. He is reasonably priced. He is fair. He only fixes what is required. He is trustworthy.

I took two cars in within a week of eachother.  One of them they repaired for aprox 250 dollar and the other car for 450 dollars. On the one vehicle, I would drive it for a transmission problem and they found it was a speed sensor that had gone bad and they changed the oil. This was a good deal. 

I have had cars in to them off and on for 3 or 4 years. They are extremely conscientious and cost conscientious.  The people are very good at all levels.  The owner is called Doug Carr and it is a family business.  They are very responsive to any car issues and they come highly recommended.

We have used Doug Carr for years as our auto mechanic and without fail, he is honest, does quality work, and is willing to explain in detail what needs to be done.  He is a small operation rather than a franchise type business, so he takes personal responsibility for every car he takes in.  Sometimes the turnaround can be a little slow because of this, but it is worth it.  He is willing to go above and beyond to take care of his customers.  We recently had our Ford Expedition in the shop ...now going on 275,000 (!) miles... and to be honest, if it wasn't for Doug, we would have had to get rid of it a long time ago.  We are very thankful for someone that we can completely trust to give us the truth about what needs to be fixed and how much it is going to cost.

Service was good. Owner explained everything. I felt he was honest.

The owner?s name is Doug Carr and he is probably one of the most honest and best mechanics in this area. He is always upfront and straight with you. He wont do anything unless it needs to be done.
