Excellent service! We hired a three man crew to move to our new home. They arrived on time and gave a notice call 30 minutes before coming. They worked very efficiently on one of the hottest days in August. They were careful with all our furnishings. We were very pleased. The company quoted the cost accurately for the job.

They were on time, worked really quickly and were careful with our furniture. The guys were extremely courteous. Would definitely use them again.

Crew ran late on the first scheduled day. Rescheduled them for the next day. We're 45 minutes late but they did call. Once they arrived crew was awesome. Hard working and very professional. Very pleased.

They were a little late due to truck issues but, they called ahead of time to let me know. They were quick but, careful and nothing was damaged or improperly stacked. I would definitely recommend them and will use again.

I had never hired movers before hiring Wrightway, and I had heard horror stories about movers in general. The three men that moved our furniture, appliances, boxes, and piano did an excellent job. Each mover was strong and quick to load and unload. They also knew how to properly navigate furniture in and out of rooms with the greatest of ease. Because we wanted certain furnishings in particular rooms, they had to complete some difficult maneuvers, but they never once complained or told us that it "couldn't be done." These three men were some of the hardest working guys that I've ever hired. They weren't as early as I had hoped, but they did a good job of staying in contact with me, so I would know when to expect them. Having moved my own furniture before, I was more than happy to delegate the back-breaking chore to a professional, and Wrightway did not disappoint.

This is my first time using Wrightway. I contacted them regarding their services. The response from the office personnel was professional and quick. No problem there. I requested 3 men at 10:00 on Saturday morning. I've made these cross-country moves many times, and knew what it should take for the guys to load and how long it should take. They showed up around 10:05 and came into the house around 10:15 to start looking around to see what needed to be done. There was no professional greeting, or explanation of their policy, or paperwork, or anything. Just walked in and started looking around. One of the first things out of the team leader's mouth was, "I can tell you right now you need to go and rent a trailer because all of this is not going to fit into that truck." As I said before, this was my 7th move cross-country, and the same stuff has been moved every time, so I knew that if it was packed correctly it would fit. I can't recall the names of the 3 men, but the team "leader" is the one that I have the biggest complaint about. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I have a 4 yr old daughter, and this guy was walking around with his butt crack showing half the time, and was VERY LOUD. Any time I would ask him a question about what he was doing, he had a smart remark to shoot back at me. He was VERY condescending and dismissive of me, and since I was paying for his services I did NOT appreciate his attitude at all. The other young guy that was with him was very professional and personnable, but this "leader" acted like he just walked off the street and didn't care what kind of image he portrayed for his company. Another criticism I have is that they spent a good 30 minutes trying to get the truck situated "just right" so that they didn't have to make any "extra" steps. They did it once in the front of the house, with one of the helpers driving and the "leader" standing at the back of the truck shouting at the top of his lungs telling him what to do. This lasted a good 15 minutes at least, to move the truck maybe 2 feet. The house that I was renting had an alley in the back for garage access. A VERY narrow alley, that he was determined to get the truck into and position so that it would "save time" in loading what was in the garage. After watching them for about 20 minutes while they tried to manipulate the truck, and holding my breath the entire time because I was waiting for them to either knock down the neighbors fence or my fence or damage the truck by hitting the 8 ft metal fence that ran along the back of the alley, I finally said something to him about leaving it alone and going back around front. He had a snarky remark about how he could do that but it would take longer to load. He was taking just as much time trying to get the truck situated "just right", so what was the difference??!! To top this off, when they were finished loading (and by the way, everything fit so I had to resist the urge to ask him if I needed to bring the trailer back that he said I would need), he stood around watching me and insisted that I complete the Angie's List review while they were there. This guy was at least 6'2" or so, and I'm 5'2", so he was intimidating in size alone. I told him several times that I would go online and complete a review, but he insisted that I do it while they were there. I filled it out just to get him out of my house. It was a hot day in TX, and the other 2 guys did a good job, plus they had to deal with him. I gave them each a tip, and when it came to the "leader", I practically had to put it in his hand. I was standing there for a good 5 minutes trying to give it to him, and he wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. When he finally took the money from me, he didn't even say thank you or anything. I just found him to be VERY rude and condescending, and would NOT recommend him to anyone. When the work was done he was talking to my daughter, asking her name, and told her his name, and then said, "There, we're not strangers anymore". It just gave me the creeps. The other guy that was their had a 5 year old, and was talking to her like you normally would to a child. I just couldn't wait for this "leader" to get out of the house.

They were able to work me into the schedule when I needed them. They broke the side of an entertainment center, but I didn't really care because I wanted to get rid of it anyway. There were some scratches on some other wood items and corner dings on a few items where they hit the corners of walls. They were fast, and they wrapped things. There was no loafing. I've used other movers that were more careful, but I would still use these guys again. They moved a lot of stuff in one day with two trucks and two crews. The lady that does the scheduling is nice and organized. They were on time too.

We were so glad that we called Wrightway to help with moving our stuffs from home to home. The three men came early and were very professional. They were fast and very careful with all of our items. Definitely recommend these guys to come help your move. Even they came back to help fix our fridge when we found the water was not dispensing. We saw them hook it up but somehow it was not dispensing any water. They left and we called, they came back right away. Top-notch service. Please remember to tip them well too.

They were very good. However they were delayed 3 hours due to weather so when they arrived at our house they were only able to move half of our things. So that was very frustrating but I understand it wasn't their fault

It went very well. They only went over by 30 minutes (which I expected) and they were very professional. Some of the best movers I've used.

This company truly has some great people. Tonya was great to speak with and the movers, Jose, Pedro, and Hugo, were fast, careful, and very considerate. The price is very reasonable, far more so than several other companies that wanted to charge over twice as much! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is in need of moving services! Thank you! :)

My first experience was good. The seond time they moved me 12 hours,they took twice as long. The head guy was very disrepectful to his workers infront of me. I would not use them again. They made me fill out a review for Angie's List right infront of him. I felt very intimidated by this.

The move went extremely well!!! The movers where running a little bit behind and called and let me know exactly when they would arrive. The move clock started when they arrived; not when they are en route. The deal via Angieslist worked out perfectly for me with the 3 guys, for 3hours, and a 24 or 26 foot truck. Items which made it a successful move: 1. Distance was short from my old apartment to new home 2. I had removed all of the small stuff, clothes, sheets, furniture accessories(pictures, lamps etc..) and only left the heavy items such as two bedroom suits, couch, washer & dryer. I would highly recommend Wrightway Moving Company; give them a call and make sure you let them know the distance between your old and new place, do you need to be packed up, or move only.

I was only wanting to utilize "muscle" and I knew the movers would be in and out quickly (they actually were done in less than one hour) I had paid for THREE hours and when the movers arrived they wanted to charge me an extra $25.00 for being so far away from Plano. The Ad said Tarrant Co. was included and no mention of an additional fee. I called the office and was told that was their policy but that they'd make an exception for me. The move went smoothly after that and the movers were very professional

We had rented a 26-foot truck to drive from Texas to northern California. Wrightway was on time and provided 3 hard working individuals. They worked hard all day in the heat and humidity to get the truck loaded as tightly as possible. Their hourly rate was competitive with other companies'. We went later than the estimated time but they guys hung in there to the end.

The crew to unload the POD showed up on time and competed the task in alittle more than an hour. It took me a month to pack it so I was impressed how quickly it was unpacked. The team explained all the activities and worked in Dallas August heat during the lunch hour. The cost was 275.00 for three guys and my back thanks them. The second move was large items and boxes from the apartment to the home. This was a special purchased on Angies List for a truck and three guys for 3 hours including the packing materials for 275. They started about 20 minutes late from their estimated time of arrival but called me and let me know their progress. The team took the time to introduce themselves to me and my wife which impressed her. They wrapped all the furniture carefully with pads and plastic to make sure there was no damage and unwrapped everything when it arrived at the home. The team completed the task in 3 hours like the package stated. The only additional out of pocket cost were the trip changes of 15 each for the drive to the apartment and the home. Tanya from the office was great to work with in the planning and keeping me informed of the schedule. I would use this company again when the need arises.

Went well, follow up was good, nothing broken. They got there on time and worked hard until all was moved.

They were great. Very hardworking crew and they were very conscientious of protecting our furniture. Wrapped every piece of wood furniture to protect from scratches. They truly went above and beyond what we expected.

Both times they were punctual, and their three man crews were quick and efficient. They protected our furniture, and the wood floors and walls if the new home we were moving into. They moved a piano, gun safe, and lots of old furniture with no damage or breakage. They actually pointed out damage done to furniture when they arrived the first time that we were not aware of and suggest ways of protecting things during the move . Jorge and Pedro were the respective crew leaders and they did a great job of directing the service. I would absolutely recommend them.

These guys were just as advertised. The were late but they kept me updated on why, they were fast and friendly and good. They also didn't have a higher rate on most thurs or fri.

They arrived around 930am, and got started quickly. The move went smoothly. The only hiccup was the drive from the old home to the new home. I felt like they were not moving very quickly, and they took a longer way to get to the new house. We still finished in 3 hours.

They were punctual and diligent. Great experience!

The movers were supposed to be at the house between 9-10 and were supposed to contact me thirty minutes to an hour before arrival. . At 9:30 after not hearing anything, I contacted the movers to find out what was happening. I was informed that the crew to move me had had an extremely late night move the previous night so they were behind getting started on my job. Due to the lack of good communication from the company is the reason I give a C for punctuality. Once the movers did arrive things went great. The three man crew hit the ground running and didn't stop. It took just under 2 hours to load all my house and I can't say I saw any of them standing around not doing anything. They handled all my furniture and boxes with care. Even the furniture I had pointed out as being delicate they took special care with. We had an antique curio cabinet that is very sentimental and fragile. They moved it, packed and padded it wonderfully. The travel and unload went smooth. This is definitely one of the smoothest and better moving experiences we've had, short of the delay to get things started. I would recommend Wrightway Moving to anyone needing a mover.

Truck arrived within the stated time frame. The driver said he had to pay for plastic wrap out of his own pocket so we would have to pay additional $40 if we wanted items wrapped for protection. Well worth the $40 as our furniture arrived at the new house without a scratch. The three movers were very hard-working and experienced. The move included two bedroom suites, a sofa, 2 recliners, two dining tables, a china cabinet, a glass curio case, a roll-top desk, an oak bookcase, a big screen tv and associated electronics, as well as approximately 30 boxes of items. All were moved professionally and quickly. The move did run over the time frame of the Big Deal, but I thought the charges for the extra time were reasonable. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Wrightway Moving again.
