.Process went smoothly. We had to do two trips. Movers..all 3 were efficient friendly and polite. Scheduling was also a breeze. The nice lady at the office was very accomodating and responded promptly Two minor issues: door handle on refrigerator was not reinstalled properly and cracked off. Door stopper near garage door was removed to help bring in furniture and led to mark/small hole in wall where door handle hit it. Both these issues came to light a day or so after the move. I have not yet contacted the company about these issues.

Tanya Morrow and Wrightway Moving were our choice based on previous Angies List reviews, and we're glad we chose them. Arrived on time each occasion, and jeez do these guys ever earn the money. It's like watching a well oiled machine, everyone knows what to do and in what order. Three pleasant women packed us, and used a ton of paper in the process. On each occasion, we had two trucks, each with a three man crew. We've found nothing broken, and we're 80 percent unpacked. All kitchen glass and ceramics arrived unscathed. We used Jorge's crew each time, and every mover was courteous, polite, and hard working. We' d use them again.

There were three of them and they were able to get things packed and moved very quickly. My only complaint was that I had too much stuff to move in 1 truck load (My fault not theirs)

Where to start with this awful company?! Most of my belongings were already in storage and I was living in an apartment waiting to close on my house. I bought the Angie's list big deal for 3 men for 3 hours to move from my apartment into a house. After I bought the deal, my close date was delayed so I would need two moves: one from the apartment to storage, and another later on from storage to the house. The move from the apartment was small so I didn't need the "Big Deal" and I decided to pay cash and wait to use the deal for the big move into the house. 1st Move: Movers were over an hour late. They called to let me know, but were completely unapologetic or concerned that they were over an hour late. I understand that some jobs run late, no big deal. But mine was the first job of the day. There was an additional fee for wrapping furniture in plastic. This was never disclosed to me on the phone even though we discussed it specifically. The movers stood around arguing about the best way to wrap the furniture wasting a lot of time. The movers only moved one item at a time when they easily could have carried two or three. It seemed as though they were "milking the clock". They put a huge gouge in the top of my entertainment center. When I brought it to their attention, they tried to sand and cover it with marker only making it worse. I tried to get them to stop but they didn't understand English. When driving to the storage unit, they would not go faster than 40 mph on the freeway, further milking the clock. When finished unloading, movers tell me that it is a cash only job...also, not disclosed to me on the phone. I asked if they had change, they didn't. I called the company to complain and the customer service representative Tanya (the same girl I scheduled with) was rude and argumentative. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I never would have used them again if I hadn't already pre-paid for the Big Deal. 2nd Move: After all of the problems with the first move, Tanya assured me she would send her "A" team on the second. This team was also an hour late and I was their first appointment. The crew was much better than the first and worked much more efficiently. When the job was finished, there were numerous extra charges that were not outlined in advance. We got Tanya on the phone and again she was argumentative and rude. I would NEVER use this service again. They were late, did poor work, took advantage by hiding fees and not saying anything until the work is done, and had the worst customer service of any company I've ever had the displeasure of using. I've hired many movers through the years and these were easily the worst.

They were a little late to arrive. They did a good job. Nothing exceptional to note, but performed above average. I didn't realize until afterwards that we paid for 2 crews of 3 men, but we only got 5 guys instead of 6. Also, tipping per person is expected if you don't know that is a thing. UPDATE: 1/26/15 - Despite Wrightway Moving's response re: 5 men instead of 6, I still have not received any correspondence regarding any refund due (if any).

The movers need to move 1 side by side refrigerator, 1 triple dresser and mirror , 2 twin sized beds, 1 couch, 1 love seat, one 6 foot dining table with 6 chairs, 1 washer, 1 drier and 1 lazy boy recliner. 3 small desks and 2 desk chairs. the appointment was rescheduled the night before by the moving company so I would not say they were on time. The three gentlemen were very nice, but very slow. I purchased the 3 hour online coupon and was very surprised to learn that I would be charged another 1 hour for $100.00 plus 70.00 for fuel, these charges were not listed when I purchased the three hours for $275.00. They did keep us informed and confirmed our appointment three days prior to the scheduled time and date. Even though I fel their prices and additional charges were excessive, I would most likely use them again.

Overall the move went well. Mary came a few days before and packed 39 boxes of fragile items. Movers showed up on Dec. 15 and went to work . They were very efficient and courteous . Bottom line is Wrightway did a great job at a very reasonable price.

They know what they are doing and do an excellent job. They were so apologetic for getting stuck in traffic on the way to my new home because police and fireman had streets blocked off due to a fire in a building nearby. Warning---be prepared. Have your ducks in a row. They move FAST! I highly recommend this moving company. I know movers. I have moved 7 times in 8 years. These guys are the best!

The only issue was a disagreement about how long it would take to move everything. The movers were a little put off by the apartment being on the 3rd floor, and they insisted for at least 5 minutes that it would take longer than the 3 hours that we bought. To be fair, part of the issue was a language barrier, but it was frustrating that we spent time talking about how we were going to have to buy more time, rather than just getting to work. It only ended up taking us 1.5 hours to pack everything up and get it downstairs to the truck, and another 1 hour to get to our new home and unload. The guys were nice enough, but next time, just start working and we'll deal with the time issue if/when it actually becomes an issue.

They were fast and courteous. They took care of my items.

All moving was done within the 3 hour window. The scheduler and movers were all professional and friendly.

punctuality, it is important to me I was told one time and they showed up an hour late. once they got there and started The guys worked hard, everyone spoke English, I had two bedroom apartment there were lots of boxes, there was no damage but one of the lead guys pointed it out that one of legs on the sofa was broken He offered it to fix it for me Every thing went fine, except it went over Half hour, which I don't understand. but overall it went well I will use them again

Scheduling the move was very easy and Tanya was very friendly and courteous. The movers came as scheduled. I had not received the courtesy call that they were on their way and I think this must have rattled the moving team. The person in charge was gruff when he told me that I had not answered the call and that he was not going to move any unopened boxes. It is necessary to state, I had not asked him to move any unopened boxes. He walked around the place and said this several times loudly. His tone was such that I became worried about having the company move my things. So, I called Tanya. She was very polite and contacted the moving team leader. After this, all went smoothly and the team was extremely courteous and helpful. The team leader warmed up to friendly and went above and beyond, by helping me tape a few of the last boxes. The team was well coordinated and knowledgeable, moving down my flight of stairs quickly and safely. They decided to follow me to the new residence. They were behind me for a while, but we became separated on the interstate. The team arrived about 20 minutes after I did and began unpacking the things. Since we were running over time (not only because of the transportation time,but due to the move itself), I had them unload the many of the small boxes into the garage. They set up the bed, hooked up the washing machine and placed all of the furniture. There were a few new scratches on the furniture, but the move was done fairly quickly, at a low price. I had moved my art, wall hangings and things I was worried about myself. Overall, I'd give Wrightway Moving a B to B+. I'd use them again if I needed to get things moved quickly. Final price: $275 for the voucher, $35 fuel charge, $65 for extra time, $25 shrink wrap. From what I can tell padding was not used much, if at all, and I was not charged for the waiting time.

It didn't exactly live up to expectations, but it was okay.

The guys showed up on time and handled all of our belongings carefully. Nothing was damaged in the move and they worked quickly. Our new house had just had wood flooring installed with staining and sealing done. The crew was very respectful of that and used blankets to cover the floors to prevent scratches. Top notch!

Movers were quick and took good care of our products and even helped us put some of the heavy items where we wanted them to. Would highly recommend!

They did a great job overall and were careful with our belongings, They did however break the wheels off of a large BBQ that we had. I would strongly consider using them again. The crew we had was very effective, courteous, and treated our belongings with care.

That service turned out excellent. Their pricing was good.

When I realized that Wrightway does not operate on the weekends I no longer wanted to purchase the service. So, I canceled the order(at least I thought I did). Apparently, you automatically purchase the service without scheduling it. If I was aware of this I would have confirmed with Wrightway before purchasing. I would like a refund for the services that I am unable to make use of, please. If you need any more info please let me know. Thanks.

They were prompt and did a great job. No problems. They handled everything with kid gloves nothing broken which is always a good thing.

I have used this company before, so this was a second time experience. They did a great job for us. It took them one day. I thought their price was competitive too. The movers themself did a good job, but the packers, I did have an issue with; one was good and one was not good. I did let the company know about that experience.

The moving members did a good job. It took about 4-5 hours. I used this company prior, to move belongings from a storage unit to this home. They came on time. The only minor thing was, the wall unit that they said they had assembled, was not assembled completely. They also recommended a cleaning service company and that turned out to be a disaster.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. The cost for a two person crew for three hours was $210. When setting up the appointment, I was told there would be and additional $75 "fuel charge." I didn't have this information before I made the purchase. When I met the crew at the storage facility, the total time elapsed was only 2.5 hours. Then they attempted to charge me an additional $180. I questioned this and they called "the boss". The additional charge was reduced to $100. Do not hire this company.

The guys called prior to arrival to get directions to storage unit. They showed up on time and were well prepared. I explained to the move to guys of 10 x 15 storage unit and fourth floor one bedroom apartment into my three story town home. They estimated about 3 hours and I anticipated 5. To my surprise they completed the job well under four hours and put things together in my new home, hooked-up appliances. Handled every piece of furniture and box with care. Did not scratch any wall or floor in the home, this included moving a refrigerator up to the second floor. Most of my boxes and item were labeled and movers automatically brought to proper rooms. They never got angry when I found a box that wasn't labeled and I had to shake or look in to figure out what floor. After moving 3 times in as many years, this was by far the best moving company I have worked with and would recommend them highly. The guys did worry about all my stuff fitting in one truck, but to their surprise and mine they did it!

No service was performed. I cancelled it because of the additional $80 fuel charge and 1 hr drive time charge that were going to tacked on. The coming willing said they'd support a refund.
