Tom and his crew are great. They didn't damage a single item, they were fast always moving to the next job and very polite and courteous.

We were moving from North Dallas to McKinney and as I had a gun safe and treadmill(on the 2nd floor) I contacted Wrightway before purchasing the Angies List deal for 3 men, 24 foot truck for 3 hours to clarify what the additional charges would be and if they could handle my heavier items. Tanya was very helpful and explained that the move didn't have to be completed in 3 hours and that I would be charged prorated for the additional time in 15 minute increments. Plus I would pay an additional $75 the gun safe move. She also mentioned that if you pay the balance by Credit Card there is a $5 extra per hour for the charge(processing fees). Because of the price and high reviews on Angies List I went ahead and ordered the Angies List Deal and actually scheduled the date for the move. Tanya told me that they would show up between 9 and 10am on Saturday the January 17th. I few days before the move Tanya called up and confirmed the move date and timethey began unloading everything. On moving day, I received a phone call from the crew that they were on their way and arrived at 9:15am. After greetings I showed them around and pointed out what needed to be moved. After signing some paperwork which covered the extra costs that Tanya covered they got to work. This included them disassembling the beds, wrapping up furniture in plastic or protective blankets, removing the dresser mirror, removing the glass shelves from our china cabinets and wrapping those separately and of course carrying all this stuff out to their truck and organizing everything to fit as much in the truck as possible. And I swear they took better care of my furniture then we do. And after they loaded our refrigerator the foreman pointed out how the water line was dripping even with the valve was turned off(this is actually pretty common). Fortunately to prevent water from pooling our foreman went out(after asking us) and turned off the water line at the street. We later were able to cap the water line but it was nice that he took the time to actually show what could have been a messy issue and resolved it. After about 3 hours the truck was completely packed and we headed out to our new home. They had a Toll Tag so there wasn't an issue of them following us. We pulled up to the new place and after pointing out where we wanted certain items they began to unload and continued for about 2 and half hour which included them moving the large dresser type cabinets to the garage the previous owners had left. The crew was very friendly and worked really hard. Not that we plan on moving again anytime soon, but if we do will definitely give them a call or recommend them to friends/family. Also the price I gave did not include tip and on the Wrightway website it says you are not obliged to tip but we did as they definitely deserved it. Thanks Wrightway! Your crew was greatly appreciated in moving our things and was very stress free!

They came in and prepped the house. They asked questions and I gave answers. I left them and came back and they were two hours into the move when wrapping up.

They were here on time. They got everything out and on the truck in a timely manner. They had to carry everything from a second floor down to the truck and then back up 3 floors to an apartment. They did a great job. Very nice group.

Awesome. Tonya returned my call almost immediately was very professional and worked with me on the date of service. I could not be more satisfied. I would definitely use Wrightway again.

We had a few scheduling problems that were more on our side of the move than the movers. It was 6 pm before the movers arrived to pick up household goods but they were quick and efficient. They had unloaded everything by 9pm. They really worked hard and fast. They did not damage anything in the process.

It went GREAT! Best move ever! This was for moving a 4 bedroom home in which we lived for 8 years. It was expensive but mostly because I couldn't pack or unpack myself. Overall compared with the others I had called their rates were reasonable. $100/hr for packing, moving, and unpacking. Of course packing and moving took the longest. The supplies (boxes, tape, etc) were about $300 of the total cost. The unpacking was a great service and really worth it! I had two women help for 3 hours. We all worked together. Opened boxes and placed things in the cabinets and drawers according to my directions. Even in 3 hours we did a lot. They also broke down all the boxes. I think they will take them away for you too however I kept the boxes for a friend.

The workers were great. They worked really hard. They took care of the furniture. The supervisor was not very good. He is the one we had problems with but the owner put it right. He delayed and wanted us to pay by the hour. He slowed the work down. I talked to the owner about it. I had to send him an email and document everything. He ended up giving us a refund for the hours they wasted. They were late for the job.

They were early, very friendly. Went right to work. Very professional and smooth move. Nothing damaged.

It turned okay, they did a pretty good job. I had two different crews that came out. I was a little bit disappointed that they didn't do as much as I thought they would have. I thought they would be able to do everything in one load, but they didn't, that's why I had to do some on my own. But they did a good job in the sense that they didn't mess up our furniture or anything like that.

It went excellent. I will use them again. The team that moved us would be my first choice. I recommend them.

We were moving from a small home to a bigger one. We didn't have much furniture and had packed all items into boxes. First of, I really appreciate how responsive and helpful and professional Eric (I believe the owner), was with handling the scheduling. He even advised I buy a coupon which reduced the hourly rate of a 3 hour move by about 4USD per hour and gave me other tips. However, I was supposed to get 3 men for 3 hours with that coupon. 3 men did arrive but 3 men were not working all of the 3 and 1 hour and 30 or 45 minutes overage I was charged. One of the men (who is their leader I believe), was constantly on the phone for one reason or another or standing in the truck 'arranging' what the other 2 were carrying in. He would also chat with them whenever he could which was when they brought stuff onto the truck. I cannot say that we had 3 men, more like 21/2 or 21/3. A good thing to note is that the truck was one of those high loading decked ones so all items needed to be pushed up a long steep ramp which also takes more time. Also, they didn't assemble our bed properly. Another thing that I felt uncomfortable with is that they brought a form with them to fill out an Angie's list review. And this huge guy sat by me while I filled out the review and then browsed at it once I handed it back to him. I feel that is unfair as it's very difficult to give an honest review with the whole team you just had work for you staring at you and also we were so exhausted after days of packing and then moving that my mind wasn't even thinking straight, in addition to the fact that I hadn't really even gotten a chance to go through my furniture and make sure everything was intact. I honestly don't know if they've posted my review yet or not but I thought it would only be fair to do my 'real' one. Having said that, they two other guys were really nice and hardworking and overall everything did go OK, but I believe for the amount of furniture we had 3 hours with 3 men would have been plenty of time had everyone worked diligently.

My experience with them was terrible. I didn't like anything their services. They were absolutely horrible. I had a 100 percent horrible experience. When they showed up, they were they dressed was awful. They looked like a bunch of gang members. My husband is a police officer and he saw some of their tattoos, which are known to be gang affiliated. They wasted time. I catch them in the back of the truck playing on their cell phones. One of the guys took two cushions off the couch and carried those out and I took the other two cushions. They were moving extremely, extremely slow. They could have carried more at one time than what they actually did. It seemed like they were just killing time. I called to complain, and by the time we got to our new place, the supervisor had already talked to them on the way over. It was pretty obvious when they got there that they were upset. They were cussing in Spanish and throwing things.

They were excellent. I did not handle any of it but my husband did. I believe that there were some additional fees for some additional packing materials, but for the most part, it was pretty close to what the fee was that we bought the coupon for from Angie’s List. They were timely, careful, and professional. I would use them again.

Engaged Wrightway to move some of my mom's stuff out of an assisted living facility. Did a nice job. Worked hard and took care. Friendly team and enjoyed working with them.

My daughter had nothing but praise for the folks that moved her. They were careful, polite and did not try to change the agreed upon pricing.

The service worked out well. We went over on time by maybe an hour, so we paid an additional amount. They were fast, they were efficient, and they did a good job without damaging anything. It was a good moving experience compared to what I have had in the past. Their efficiency, attention to detail, and how careful they are stands out.

Wrightway Moving Company provided the BEST movers we have ever had. Garzon and his crew were right on time and worked amazingly hard over the whole 5 hours that we had them. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a moving service. Nothing was damaged, and they took extra special care with our new hardwood floors when transporting things. And their post-move customer service was terrific as well. After we were moved in and they left, we discovered that there were 2 small pieces of table glass that were accidently left on their truck in-between some blankets. Totally honest mistake that we all missed. :-) I called Wrightway right away to let them know, and they immediately called me back, found the glass, and dropped it off at our house within an hour. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to that, and they took care of it right away. I think that really goes to show that they are not just good movers, but a great customer service company as well. Terrific experience. They will be the ONLY moving company we will call in the future. Seriously.

Overall, it was a terrible experience. It started with the moving company not showing up during the scheduled time (Thursday 4-6p window). There was no notice of the movers being delayed until 5:30p when they said they were running 30-45 mins late. At 6:30pm I called to ask for an update and the crew still hadn't finished the job. At that point the sun was setting and I couldn't wait any longer. The office manager, who was the only person I think that really wanted to help me throughout, called me first thing in the morning with a proposition. Instead of 1 crew for 3 hours, let's send 2 crews for 1.5 hours: 1 crew to move boxes to storage & 1 to move furniture to the house. Brilliant!! Well, at least in theory it was brilliant because all the furniture was disassembled and ready to move. Also, all the boxes were staged in the garage so 1 truck could pull to the front and 1 to the back. Twice the crew = twice as fast, wright?? (ok, it's a bad pun) Both trucks show up at 9am promptly and I tell them the plan; 1 crew in front and 1 in back. I explain what I want done with appointed head of the operations (aka...I speak fluent English) and get buy-in that this job should be quick and easy since all the furniture and boxes are staged, broken down, and ready to pack. They pull around, scope things out and then start racing each other to see who can literally walk the slowest back & forth to the truck with the least amount of stuff. Six grown men showed up - but really it was 2 worker men, 2 incompetent men, and 2 turtle men who didn't want to work that day. The two turtles hid in the truck watching 1 incompetent person and 1 worker move stuff. The incompetent men caused multiple stop down figuring out things like 'how to move an empty washing machine', 'how to move a king size mattress 3 times without getting it into a truck'`, and my favorite 'how to break a desk by placing it on it's side'. So after 2 hours, at 11am, both trucks were still not loaded with equipment. I start to complain and 5 of the 6 (turtle wouldn't come out) go help load the storage truck. That's great except it should take 5 guys busting hump for 10 minutes...it should have been done! Get the storage truck loaded and delivered, come back to the house just as the house truck is pulling away. I go inside the house and see at least 1/2 a truck worth of stuff not loaded. Couch cushions, wall decorations and stuff. It is frustrating but whatever because I 'on the clock' still. I bust back over to the storage facility (3 miles away) as that crew is finishing. I get handed a bill for $250! I ask, what is this??!! I'm told "oh, well WE (the crews) decided that since you bought the package we'll give you 1.5 hours for free and then charge the higher "after allotted hours" rate for the remaining hour. And...there's a $15 gas fee. And....we need to be tipped for our time. And...oh, you are complaining about the rates? Well, pay us our portion and then just call the office and they'll sort you out to make sure you're happy. I pay that crew off, and bust hump to the house. It's 12:30pm, 3.5 hours since crew #2 started! They aren't finished unloading yet. Why? Because they broke my desk and stand around figuring out how such a nice-looking $900 desk could be built with a plywood center that would break if we tipped it on its side? 20 minutes figuring out what to do next. At 1:30pm the 'head guy' comes up and hands me a bill for 350 and a insurance slip for my desk that explains I'm only entitled for a .60 cent per pound reimbursement for my broken (150 lb) desk. But...he knows a guy and that guy is gonna call me later today to come fix the desk for free. I call the office, get transferred to (I think) Andy the supervisor who tries everything he can NOT to give me any kind of a time-wasting, 6 men = 7 hours of moving time. I tell him this whole "2 crews = 1/2 the time" is his deal and not mine. We go back and forth about what "quality" means. His definition is that expect for the 2x cost and broken desk, almost all your things were moved!! I will NEVER use this company again, nor recommend them to even move my ex-wife's house with her money! Hopefully I am the only person to have such an issue, but I think that is HIGHLY unlikely.

We plan on recommending them to family who are moving into town also. We used an Angie's List buy it now kind of deal. It was well worth it. Everything was placed well and treated well. Everyone was professional.

Staff was courteous and on time. Estimate would have been more accurate if they had viewed the location, because of this, there were not enough people or boxes and it took an extra day.

My phone calls were answered or promptly returned. It was the best price I could find after searching online and everyone was very nice.

It went ok. They brought an extra guy that we didn't have to pay for, that was nice. It was nice to not have to be bothered with getting a moving truck, picking it up, dropping it off, etc. My biggest complaint is that they were h****** all our furniture. We found many major scrapes on almost all our big pieces of furniture. For this reason alone, we would not use them again.
