Description of Work: The crew that Wrightway Moving sent out showed up on-time, were very professional and polite. The crew did an incredible job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: They were two hours late then called to cancel. After rescheduling the following day, they could not follow directions to get into our office building because the movers did not speak English. After performing their service, paying by credit card was very difficult. They were not accommodating whatsoever.

Description of Work: We called first about the $210 deal for 2 guys and a truck, but actually bought the $275 deal for 3 guys/3hours and a truck, and called the same day to confirm that it would be 3 guys. The morning of, Wrightway called to apologize because due to a glitch in their 'new system', there were only 2 guys scheduled. They did offer us the 210 deal with a refund of the difference if they finished before the 3 hours. Luckily, the guys were excellent movers and finished everything on time, with a few minutes to spare. Excellent for the movers, the office needs some follow up to do on their 'new system'.

Description of Work: I had scheduled for a 3 man moving crew to move from my 3rd floor apartment to a house. They did show up a little later than was estimated, but they got to work right away and even had a fourth worker with them. They cleared out the apartment in about 3 hours and met me at the house to unload. They're unloading time took a little more than an hour and a half. Everyone was very professional and they took great care with all of my furniture. No scratches or dents on anything. They did hook up the washing machine backwards, but other than that they did a great service at a reasonable price and I would definitely hire them again!

Description of Work: the crew was very professional and very punctual . They are arrived 15 minutes before schedule time. They were very nice and quick, considering I moved from a 1500 square foot an apartment on the second floor to a in Fort Worth to a 2000 square foot condo that is 2 stories in Dallas. These guys moved everything including the drive within four and a half hoursour. They were very charming and even help me setup my rugs, set up my TV, an even set up some furniture in my garage that were to be picked up by salvation Army the next day. I would definitely recommend them

Description of Work: They got us moved but not in the manner I was expecting. 1st they messed up on the order and sent 2 extra people, which resulted in higher per hour charges. Theoretically this means they just got done faster but I'm not convinced that was the case. 2nd I asked that they take everything, however upon returning to the old house for a final walk through I filled the back of a pick-up and a 6'x12' trailer full of random stuff that they just didn't take. They hadn't told me they had to leave stuff so this caught us off guard. 3rd they said in the contract that disassembly and reassembly was included. They only reassembled about half of the stuff, and they left screws to some of the furniture at the old house which we had to retrieve on our final walk through. Finally, during the quoting process they neglected to specify that all of their price quotes were per crew and that they would have to send 2 crews. So at the end of all this, going to pay for the service, the price was double what I was expecting. The only thing they did beyond expectation was that they were very flexible when it came to moving our spa. So overall they got us moved, but for a top rated company I got what I consider significantly below average quality. I do not recommend using them.

Description of Work: Wrightway moved several items from my garage in NW Plano to my storage unit also in NW Plano. They arrived on time and moved the items without incident and within a couple of hours as promised. They did such a good job that I've hired Wrightway to move all items now in storage to my new house in Plano in late July. Excellent job.
