Description of Work: I needed a simple job done, which involved picking up a new sofa from a warehouse and deliver it home, and move the older sofa & loveseat to an upstairs room. It was easy enough to sign up for their services over the phone, arrange for the pickup at the warehouse which was very punctual, and deliver at home. The price was the best quote I received as well. The overall experience was very pleasant.

Description of Work: Moved us from our high rise apartment to our first home. They did a great job and were the best movers we have ever had! Highly recommend using them for any kind of move. Hopefully we won't be moving anytime soon but when we do move, we will definitely use Wrightway Moving!

Description of Work: They were awesome, we had a glitch in being able to move into our house as the previous tenant didn't leave on time and when they did they left all their stuff and Wrightway worked with us every step of the way!

Description of Work: I sold my home and Wright movers moved all my belongings into storage. The movers were really good - fast and no damage to my belongings. When they got here I was told there would be a fee for plastic and fuel which wasn't discussed at pricing. So the price was really about $325. Also, they arrived at almost 10am, but I was confirmed a start time at 9am. The employee told me his paperwork said between 9 and 10. | |Other than that, the quality of the move was an A+ and the employees were very professional. I'll definitely hire again.

They didn’t take breaks. I did have some damaged items and they were things that I had found later on. They used plastic wrap.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly and moved quickly, however that is the positive things I can say. They ripped 2 holes in our sofa and didn't tell us. On the large tear in the back, they put a huge industrial safety pin contraption on it and it looked awful when we found it! Besides several years in iur sofa, they gauge and scratched our television stand, and broke another TV stand and scratched up our desk! They put cellophane wrap around the furniture and NO PADDING! Even if they tell you they are going to- we watched them load it and close up and they didn't! Between no pads, moving so fast to just get your stuff thrown in and unloaded as fast as possible, it's no wonder it was all trashed! Goodness knows how they drove with it in the back without pads! They gouged up one if the upstairs doorways moving one if the couches in as well. Also I directed them repeatedly what to put in the media room and what to Putin the game room and showed them each walking them there and they still put stuff in the wrong places over and over! NEVER use this company! No matter if you save a little on Angie's list it is not worth the damage to your stuff!
