Description of Work: A-, They were very courteous, they answered all of my questions. I was a little disappointed that some of my furniture wasn't assembled correctly, but I understand because there was a time limit issue.

Description of Work: I would have rated "A" across the board except they were 1 1/2 hours late. I did receive a call explaining the delay & I was kept informed throughout the process, so I give them props for outstanding customer service. | |They hit the ground running, and kept things running very quickly with no wasted efforts. Pricing was very transparent, with everything explained in detail. I would definitely use them again & will recommend their services to my friends.

Description of Work: Difficult day for me....moving the furniture from my parents apartment...they had both passed away recently. The movers were very professional and considerate. They were prompt, fast and efficient....turned into a pleasant move.

Description of Work: After moving the bulk of my house by myself, using loaders (different) and unloaders has left a bad taste in my mouth. The loaders broke things, Wrightway was 3 hours late and didn't put my dresser together. I should have been discounted after having to wait as my freezer defrosted over the floor of the truck while waiting, I couldn't return the truck before nightfall, and now I will need to pay someone to put the dresser back together.

Description of Work: They did a great job moving my daughter from her apartment back into the second floor of my house. We had already packed everything in boxes so all the had to deal with were the boxes, furniture and a bed. They loaded it quickly and there was not a scratch on any furniture nor damaged items. They even moved some furniture from upstairs to the downstairs, The 3 guys were very professional and polite!!

Description of Work: This is for the 2nd use of Wrightway Movers for my move from 1 house to another. |Movers were quick and efficient. Company worked with my request to change moving date a couple of times, which was much appreciated; staff friendly and polite. Had an issue with their arriving at night rather than earlier in the day as had been agreed at last discussion a few days before; that was disappointing and meant a late night for us all, but they did work as long as needed. This set of movers left a small hole in one of my walls, which I reported (with pics) asap the next day. Due to vacation time for the company resource that usually handles claims, it took about 4 wks to get the hole fixed, but a very nice repair guy came out and even made 2 trips to try to get the right color paint, etc. All in all, I would recommend this company for moving services.
