Description of Work: They moved my items in a timely fashion. They were very effective and efficient. They were super nice and extremely experienced. Amazing job!!!

Description of Work: The guys were great. Had a great attitude for working in the summer heat unloading an outdoor storage unit. Showed up on time and ready to work.

Description of Work: The team of three showed up late around starting around 10am. They said they had just finished a job at 3am that same morning. We were quoted 8-10 hours to complete the move. After 15 hours they left our new house at 1am with a whole bunch of stuff still at our old house. We had to spend the entire next day taking over car loads of stuff to finish their job. They worked very slow and didn't complete the job. The only compromise they would come too was only charging us for 13 hours. Definitely do not recommend.

Description of Work: This is the 5th time I've used them! The was a "pre-move" to move everything from my garage into a storage facility. I'm going to use them again in 2 weeks for the full move. The guys are polite, take direction, quick and hardworking.

Description of Work: MOVED ME FROM GRANBURY, TEXAS TO LEWISVILLE, TEXAS. THEY DID VERY WELL AND WORKED EXTREMELY FAST AND WERE VERY EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH ALL MY BELONGINGS.

Description of Work: Arrived really close to scheduled time, did a walkthrough my house with me and proceeded to get a 3bd 1 story house packed up, moved down the road seven miles away and into a 2 story 4bd house within the Angieslist 3hr big deal limit. Only extra charges that I wasn't prepared for was a fuel surcharge on top of the Angie's List big deal and then an offer to shrink wrap some of my furniture for about $40 extra. I paid both happily still as having moved myself several times, I had no frustrations at all and all of my stuff was moved un-damaged.

Description of Work: Everything was ok. They 2 people on the phone where very responsive. I'm going to make this as short as I can. |1. They set up a appointment quickly, had to cancel as the house we wanted fell through. |As I call back to schedule the new house to move into they still had me set up for the previous date I set, and I told them I had cancelled that appointment. (They fixed that but also the lady started to tell me how they made the mistake not my problem who you want to blame) |The crew came on time and showed up with blankets dollies ect. 1 guy worked really hard and could speak great English the other 2 not so much. |This is the fun part. |I made sure that when I scheduled this I told the man on the phone we had a safe and that I would empty it and a big green egg( he said no problem) I asked do I need to pay more? ( he said no) |Well the sub boss moving guy, said we needed to charge you $75-$100 more? And of course this was at the end of the loading. |I refused and they sat and argued with me. ( I don't want things for free but also don't twist my arm) I told them to call the guy that set up the appointment and he took care of it. But at that point they where not happy. |My brother saw them break a support on a cheap IKEA desk, I did not really care and I did not see it, but would of been nice to say that it happened. |Overall the guys where fast efficient and I'm still happy I got a moving company. |I knew what to expect as for I'm sure every company does business this way. I mean $275. Come on it's a deal. |I just would of liked honesty upfront. |They did not complain about the green egg as it was heavier then my safe. Lol. |I put that I would not use them again, because I was not super impressed so why not try Simone else if I ever move.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal $275 deal for a 24 to 26-foot moving truck, a 3-person crew for 3 hours, and 25% off moving supplies. I paid an additional $30 for gas.
