Description of Work: We were charged 240% more than quoted before the move! The crew was good and worked hard.

Description of Work: have used them several times for entire house move. they are hard working, and do an excellent job, going back to house 1 for things we forgot in back yard. would hire them again without question.

Description of Work: The company never showed up to move us. We were scheduled for a 1-3pm move Saturday and by 4pm when they had not arrived I called and spoke with the sales rep Tanya who called the crew and called back letting me know they were running late and would be there by 6pm. At 7pm still no moving crew. I called and spoke with Tanya again and she said she was not sure why they had not shown up but would find out and call me back. Finally by 8pm she called and said they would have to move us tomorrow which put us in a huge bind. I explained that had we known earlier we could have made arrangements. We ended up late at night moving our mattress in the rain and borrowing sheets since everything we owned was in boxes. The couple that were supposed to move into our house the next day had to reschedule for the following weekend and were very upset with us. The following day the crew was supposed to show up between 9-10am. The crew showed up at 10:15am and moved us but told at the very end told us there was a $40 fuel fee even though we only moved 1 mile away. I repeatedly called Tanya thoughout the process and asked to speak with the owner Eric who made all the decisions and would determine what discount we would receive and was told he doesn't deal with customers. I explained we felt we were owed a discount but had already prepaid so I did not have much negotiating room. The owner Eric apparently was willing to take $50 off but that was it. When I again asked for Eric to call us because I felt we were owed a bigger discount Tanya began yelling and arguing with me. I finally paid the fuel amount and accepted the $50 discount since the company wouldn't budge and the owner refused to talk to us. I would never use that company again. Very unprofessional and disorganized and clearly not worried about customer satisfaction. If the owner does not want to talk to customers than he clearly should either give someone else in the company the ability to make decisions or get a different job.
