Description of Work: I paid for this company to help my daughter move from one apartment to another within McKinney. The 3 men obviously did not get along -- one of them was quite the agitator (the lead man one the team). That same man dripped his nasty sweat all over my daughter's belongings. Although I paid for a 3 man crew, again, same man, did a lot of standing around drinking water down by the truck while the other 2 did most of the work. I would not use this company again nor recommend. They did not use an appliance dolly and damaged the washing machine going down the stairs.

Description of Work: I hired the team of 4 with 2 trucks to move me less than 10 miles from my apartment to my new house. I received a call the night before that they would have to split the team and I would have 2 men show on time and 2 would arrive two hours later. The first team was over an hour late and the second team arrived about 3-4 hours later. The moved cost me double the rate and it took them over 12 hours to move me. They were moving very slow.

Description of Work: The appointment services was fine - at first I thought the move was going well. Then i noticed that they were in such a hurry that i had to watch how they were wrapping my furniture. They moved my Grandfather clock it was damaged during the move - the worst part I could not find the key it took me days to get them to return my key. They actually wanted me to drive to where they were moving someone else.

Description of Work: They lost part of my $3,000 bed frame and refused to take responsibility for it. They said I signed off on the paperwork at the end of the move so they are not responsible. Did not realize they lost it until I cleaned out my storage unit. They never asked me to verify truck was cleared of all contents and they did not number each article with a back end verification.
