Description of Work: Damaged my refridge and never followed up with bringing me a part promised to me. Business as usual until a damage claim is needed. Communication and follow up is a challenge. If Terry is involved, he is a considerate person.

Description of Work: Wrightway moved a 4 bedroom house. The guys who moved our furniture were great. They were nice and quick. | |The downside and reason for the less than perfect rating was that they didn't arrive on time due to a truck breaking down. They did call, but only a few minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. No discount was offered for the inconvenience.

Description of Work: The three men that arrived were clearly contractors. They arrived early, and pressured me to start immediately, although I was not yet ready. Their main concern was to finish up quickly, regardless of any damage that they might do to my furniture and belongings, so that they could leave before the time that I had paid for had expired. Only one of the three guys was courteous or respectful.

Description of Work: Moved furniture from McKinney to Pottsboro. They were prompt and on time in McKinney and worked continuously with no break. We had to pay extra for extra couple of hours. But they did not stop.

Description of Work: Move went ok. Took longer than expected. Cost was more than I budgeted. Paid online thru Angie's list but had to pay 200.00 over the 275.00 original cost. But everything was moved in, nothing broke or taken . Thank you.
