The movers were supposed to arrive between 9 and 9:30. They called a little after nine to say that they were leaving and would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour. They arrived about an hour late so I was apprehensive and a little upset as we were on a time crunch. Luckily, they were speedy and everything turned out ok. I was present through the whole move and believe they did an excellent job being careful with our furniture. The only thing that bugged me a little is that I was very clear about what needed to be moved and what didn't (we had a lot of little things out that weren't being moved) and I had the doors shut to several rooms and said there was nothing to be moved in those rooms. In the end, the leader went and opened all the shut doors "checking" to make sure nothing was missed. I guess it's not that big of a deal but those doors were shut for a reason and I had already mentioned at least twice that there was nothing for them in those rooms. It was a privacy issue for me. I had everything to be moved confined to the living room, bedroom and kitchen area. I consider that a lack of professionalism which is why I only graded them a C in that category. Overall, I was happy with the service and would likely use them again. Their prices can't be beat.

It went well. There was a slight damage but it was not a major thing.

Three men showed up for the move, and one of them was very good at his job. The other two were small and had difficulty lifting and moving my items. They dropped my bedside table on the ground and punctured a hole in the back. I also had to repeat the placement of items four to five times, causing a delay in multiple movements of items. Eventually, I just moved the items myself. After about an hour of moving, the biggest and strongest guy was doing very well, getting most of the items moved into my new apartment without incident. The other two appeared to be ill, suffering from food poisoning, and one of the crew projectile vomited all over my carpet, rug, and up two feet of my wall, creating a trail through my bedroom carpet into the bathroom. He continued to get sick for 20 more minutes, after which I had him lie down in the bathroom for the remainder of the move with cold towels and ice on his forehead. While sickness is an understandable situation, the leader of the crew did not discount my moving price from a 3-man crew to a 2-man crew, nor did they clean up the vomit in my apartment. After the crew left, I called the company to make arrangements for clean up and suggested that I either use my own cleaning lady or send the bill, or they could send their cleaning crew. It took 10 phone calls to arrange for the crew leader, who "didn't want me to use my own cleaning company because it would come out of his paycheck," (whom I tipped $100 for working alone because his crew got sick), to come over with a steam cleaner and get the vomit off of my carpet and clean my bathroom floor and toilet seat. Once he finally arrived the next day, he was irritated and resistant to cleaning and showed up without cleaning supplies. The additional time and effort of the clean up, and lack of professionalism on the part of the crew leader and management, made this an awful move. I should not have had to ask to have the vomit of the moving company's crew removed from my house.

It went fantastic....The lady that I first spoke with to arrange move was wonderful...We were unsure at the time where the furniture would be moved ...No problem....She called a few days before move to check on address... Called when on the way...Lovely personnel....Caring ...careful....personable...I would recommend them for any move to anyone ...In fact this was a temporary move and will be calling soon to complete move...Really really satisfied and HAPPY...From beginnings to end this was a wonderful experience...Thanks so much l

It went well, they called before they arrived. They explained/asked what would be moved. They were very efficient and quick. The only complaints I have is that they scratched up my dresser a little, and they seemed to ding/scratch some of the walls and doors at my new apartment.
