I had never heard of Reliant Plumbing before my search, but their 24/7 availability and same-day service promise caught my attention—and wow, did they deliver! From the moment Tyler Perry arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Water line repairs can be overwhelming, but Tyler’s approach was nothing short of exceptional. He took his time to thoroughly explain all three repair options, ensuring I understood every detail. His patience and clarity turned a stressful situation into an informed decision, and he was incredibly mindful of the financial impact, presenting payment options that truly eased my anxiety. Beyond his technical skills, Tyler showed a level of care and professionalism that’s rare. He was prompt, courteous, and even returned later to complete a complimentary service to help resolve my ongoing water leak dilemma. His commitment to going the extra mile speaks volumes about both his character and Reliant Plumbing’s.

Treated me fairly with pricing since problem was a minor one.

Inflated pricing for a relatively simple repair. Not provided with a detailed breakdown of costs or explanation for the work being done. Quoted for extensive repair that was not actually required for the problem at hand. Reliant is what some people would call predators, but I was tired and anxious to get the problem fixed and foolish enough to sign up for $2K worth of repairs that should have cost maybe $600. They did show up promptly, though. Lesson learned but I think HomeAdvisor should give some thought to keeping them as a pro.

Martin was very knowledgeable and did great work.

I had a very simply project. I requested that they replace a toilet with one that I had purchased. I gave them all of the information regarding the new toilet and I purchased it and had it available for installation. They refused to quote the installation because their guy had to asses the situation . That should have been my first red flag. He came out to asses the situation" and started by saying the new toilet (for which I had already provided the information) was a single piece toilet that would be heavier and harder to install and would therefore cost more to install. I pointed out to him that it came in 2 pieces. He then pivoted to, this is not a standard toilet installation and would therefore cost more to install. Again, he did nothing new to assess the situation than the information I had provided ahead of time over the phone. His cost to remove and install a toilet was $550. I said I would find someone else to do the installation. Lousy bunch of con artists.

Very helpful, was able to unclog my tub drain and replaced the cartridges in the miding valves. A little pricy, but what plumber isn't now days.
