The inside of the windshield was not totally clean. The rest of the car looked and smelled clean. It was great to have the service come to me. However, I did not realize the $99 special did not include carpet cleaning, but the worker (nice guy) persuaded me to have them cleaned for an extra $40 ( cash - for him!)

The were running late due to traffic issues. Kept me up dated as to their arrival time. Detailed car at my home. All supplies, including water were in their van. Did a good job detailing my car.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It wasn't worth the money. It wasn't a very good job. They didn't get all the wax wiped off and they didn't clean the interior windows very well at all. The interior windows were filthy when they got there but they were still dirty when they left. They made an attempt to get them clean but they didn't get them clean. They were nice enough guys but it wasn't a very good job. My truck was so bad it needed something so at the time under the circumstances I was willing to accept just about anything but I was really disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. It was not a good value for the money.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went quite well. My wife did it and she was happy. She used the deal shortly after she purchased it. They came to her work and detailed the entire car; that was really good.

Terrible, stay away from these guys. The problems with them are many, starting with their awful punctuality. On the original date of scheduled service, I received a phone call 45 mins after they were supposed to be at the house saying that they were running late and would be there in another 30 mins. An hour and a half later I called them and they seemed surprised that they weren't there yet. We had plans and had to reschedule. On the next date of service, they showed up 2 and a half hours late, with no explanation or apology. Luckily I didn't have plans so the work could be performed, but I am now regretting it. Overall the car looks clean, but we found several issues after driving the car today. On both window pillars in the front next to the dash/windshield, there are huge grease streaks on the cloth. It looks like he used a really dirty rag on the dash and it rubbed a bunch of crud on the pillars. I do not think we are going to be able to get the stains out. We also found several spots inside that were still dirty, and the rearview mirror and parts of the rear door were not cleaned at all. Additionally whatever greasy stuff they smeared on was applied rather thick on the steering wheel, which I absolutely hate when detailers do that. How do you drive when your hands are unable to grip the wheel?

The service provided by Primetime Auto Care was great. They did a really excellent job and they were the nicest guys you'd ever wanna meet. They were super nice and professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It didn't go very well. We thought the carpet was going to be cleaned in the package. It was not, so we purchased a larger package for $86 that included complete detail and carpet cleaning. After they finished I went out there with a rag and wiped over some surfaces and they were filthy. They said they cleaned some more and I went back 10 minutes later and rubbed on a different spot and it was still dirty. We were totally displeased. We didn't like anything about their services.

The provider's agents arrived promptly and were friendly yet professional. They completed the work of exterior cleaning and waxing of both vehicles as well as dressing the wheels and tires. They cleaned the interior of both vehicles including windows. The back of one of the vehicles was not completely cleaned. I must admit that I did not fully inspect the vehicles before they departed and I feel sure had I done so, they would have gone back over the and quot;birdand quot; places. One of the vehicles sustained a broken mirror when the driver side door was close. I was not present when this happened but I knew the mirror sometimes vibrated while driving. I wasn't sure why the mirror fell while the vehicle was being cleaned but I chalked it up as an accident. I did not ask for reimbursement for the damage but would do so if something like this happened again. It cost me over $100 to to get a replacement part.

I was not very pleased with the service that I received. They were 20 minutes late, and I don't think that they performed some of the advertised services - the carpets were not shampooed and the rims were not properly cleaned. I would not use this company again in the future. They were in and out in 40 minutes and I don't think that that amount of time was enough to perform a quality wash, wax, and shampoo.

Ray did a fantastic job on this car. My daughter is an equestrian and takes her dog with her everywhere she goes. Barns are not conducive to clean cars nor is dog hair. Ray spent 2-2 1/2 hours on it and the really dirty duckling is now a swan. I bought this on an Angie's Deal and it was a heck of a deal. I will be calling them back....maybe to do my daughter's new pickup.

It went very well. I didn't recognize the interior when I returned. Everyone that I talked to was very pleasant. Now my husband wants me to get his done.

They did a great job. Did not recognize it after they finished! Still can't figure out how they did it without water?

I purchased a $99.00 auto detail special. They were prompt, professional and did an outsanding job on my vehicle, which is old and had alot of groun-in dirt on carpet and mats. The vehicle shines inside and out. I highly recommend them.

You actually called me and I gave them a glowing review! They did everything and more that a detail to a Hummer could possibly have with the exception of cleaning the inside vents with a q-tip! :-) My Hummer looked ready for the showroom floor. It did not look like the 7 year old automobile that it is, it looked brand new!

Thanks to Ray I have a nice clean black Subaru Outback inside and out. The vehicle was especially dirty as it had not been cleaned since November 2012 due to virtually moving an entire house in it, and then all the that comes with completely remodeling the house we moved out of. I did give the inside a quick vacuum, but Ray had a good challenge. The booking process was accomodating ... I had to change days and it was not a problem and was correctly re-scheduled. They reserve Saturdays and Mondays for Angie's list (or generally for coming out to an office or home etc.). Ray arrived right on time at my place of business. Very nice guy and attitude. Seeing I had leather seats he did upsell me on the leather protectant (but no high pressure or anything like that). Normally I'd say the $40 is excessive, but splurged on this due to the ordeal I'd put my nice light color leather seats through in the past 6 months. He got right to work, as did I back at my office. In only about 1.5 hours I got a call to come out at check it out. He lets his clients go over everything while he is still finishing up to make sure he did not miss anything etc. He's very open to requests and making sure everything is just as you want it - Actually he makes it a point to explain you must look over everything carefully so he can fix on the spot so you will be completely satisfied with his work. I had two door dings/creases where the clear coat was scraped (leaving a whitemark against the black paint). These peristed after the cleaning and basic liquid/spray waxing offered in this service. I pointed this out to Ray and he got out a special polishing wax and worked on it a bit. The dents are still there of course, but no more white marks which is great, and did not hurt paint surface. I appreciated the fact that I could point out things and have them addressed graciously...each car model has so many different nooks and hiding places it is easy to miss one. After Ray had left he called me back a bit later to appologize that he forgot to put back my windshield sun screen. He made sure this was not an issue and met me at work the next morning to drop it off. I was very pleased with the service given the Angie's $99 price, the fact that they come to you, the fact that the work is done individually by hand, and how quickly they got it ready. I usually detail my own vehicle and it takes hours, but this was a treat that I will have to consider doing again in the future / certainly more often than my maraton detailings.

We loved them; they were fantastic and they did an incredible job. We've actually bought extra services from them and the car looked brand new when they finished with it. We paid more than the big deal, but they did extra work that was phenomenal. It was a hummer, it was a big car; the hummer looked like it had just dropped off the showroom floor and the hummer is seven years old! And it was black, so you are dealing with a black hummer that had been through the mud and all.

They were very friendly and came on time. The paint looks amazing now and it was pretty bad. They also went above and beyond and helped me finish removing the sticky residue from lettering that i had on the truck. Highly recommended!

Certainly not the quality of detail work on the inside of the car that have received at other shops, and actually paid less money. Normally have it detailed at Davenport in Plano, but they are no longer doing detail work, to my wow. My car was already clean when I took it too them. Then failed to thoroughly clean the enterior, as some parts were not even wiped out.

From the first call to the completed work everyone was courteous, professional and on time. The work was excellent, I don't think my car was this clean when I bought it!!

I just returned from 3 months in Maine with no garage. My car had been subjected to over 5 feet of snow and roads full of sand, salt, and other chemicals used to make them drivable. The car was a mess. I found Primetine using Angie's List and I was not disappointed. I came in with no appointment, and was taken care of immediately. The wait was less than 2 hours, and the car came out beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

They were great. They did an excellent job. They were very thorough. It was the best detailing I have ever had done on my car. I would use them in the future.

Great service. Called for pickup service. Came out in the morning to pick up the car. I did not want it done on site. HOA would most likely frown on a big clean job. They nicely took the car off and it was ready in 4 hours. My husband does not wash or take care of his car and it came back as nice as a 2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible could!
