Description of Work: None. I am responding to your Angie's List promotion for a Regular 125.00 special for 89.00 PREMIUM AUTO DEAILING! It appears it is ONLY a (maybe) deluxe car wash and interior (wipe) that is highly misleading. An auto detail (to the auto industry) is a professional was wash, WAX POLISH, and complete shampoo and detail cleaning and protective sealer including detailed wheels and tire black shine! We pay 125 for all that and do not care for a discount when it is a GREAT price. I think the public needs to be more aware of SPECIALS that are glossy and if truth be known misleading. I got a was and Wax Polish on Forest Lane the other day for 39.00 because I was in a hurry. it was ok and I will wager $1 to a donut it was better than this special Not Including Wax Polish! Again please note. I did not use this coupon.. I did Not use this service. And I hope my critique will be allowable to the public in this forum. Check prices - check the details of the services they will provide including All Fees. Be smart and have a GREAT Day!

Description of Work: I tried reaching the provider multiple times on multiple days starting in late May/early June. The phone was disconnected so I figured it would eventually be fixed. When that did not happen I tried the website but I found it confusing. I really didn't want to spend my time trying to negotiate my way to get the service. I called Angie's List to report the issue. Natalie at Angie's List was very responsive and concerned. I asked for a refund and she sent me a form to complete. Next day (today 6/26/13), Chrissy from Angie's List called to assist in follow-up and she was also very helpful. She said provider would reach out to me directly to make arrangements to provide the service. I politely declined but I appreciate the effort and the quality of service from Angie's List.

 + -1 moreI called for information and an appointment. The receptionist told me that I could have the detail done at my house for a slight charge. She quoted a time and they were early (Earlier I told the woman that earlier was better)! They arrived onsite w/ 3 men and did an outstanding job. The cost was exactly what was estimated. They didn't have their hand out for a tip; so much so, that I almost forgot to tip them. They did a thorough job. They even pointed out a flaw in the finished paint job! I highly recommend them for their professionalism and ease.

 + -1 moreI stopped by the day before and inquired about the pricing. Was satisfied with the answers I got and then scheduled my appointment for the next morning. I arrived on time and was greeted as soon as I got out of my vehicle. The young man said I should check in at the desk. I did and was set to go. My wife had followed me there so I could leave the vehicle. When I returned approximately 6 hours later. Everything was done as requested. One of the workers came out with me, and we examined the total work done. He mentioned that I had some scratches that would not buff out. I knew that going in and told him that was as expected. I then told him I was completely satisfied. He handed me my key, thanked me and told to come back again.
Description of Work: Complete interior and exterior detail including engine clean. Vehicle 2002 GMC Yukon XL
