After several no-shows, a tech finally showed up today months after I had originally scheduled the appointment. He then proceeded to refuse to do the work, unless I purchased additional upgrades that were not included in the Groupon. He claimed that was the only way they made any money because Groupon paid them nothing! The amount he wanted in addition was 4 times what I paid for the Groupon. Total scam.

This is a review for Integrity Air Duct Cleaning that came to service at 75075. They advertised falsely on Groupon. No where on Groupon details/terms/conditions/fine prints say there will be additional $89 of "hook up" fee. When I called to schedule the appointment, the staff member did not mention any additional fees unless there are more vents, trunk lines, or returns than what are already included in the deal. The manager, Mark, said "I am sure she did mention it, and you did not hear her." Really?!? You were there in the phone conversation, Mark? I cannot stand shady businesses, who use the hook and bait tactic. So I would not even have scheduled the appointment if she had told me about that hook up fee, which then according to Mark: "Groupon messed up and did not include on the deal." So basically, he gave me two excuses as why I do not know upfront about that fee. My biggest issue is not the $89 but their LACK OF INTEGRITY and principle. They do not deliver what is in the Groupon deal but charge more when they show up to the house. Do not name your company "Integrity" when you are not upfront and honest with your fees and services. This company gets 1 star just because Kobe (tech) was nice and patient.

The service was great, they were great. They know what they were doing and they come when they said they would come.

Trane furnace gas control valve recently failed.  Contracted "Non-Integrity Air" to repair the $65 gas control valve.  They quoted $670!!  Indicated that the price included labor!!  For a $65 valve, labor would be $605 per hour!!  Clearly they provided such a high quote to then make an upsell to "might as well replace the entire system".  Really!?  A 10 year old Trane furnace should be replaced!?  Ordered the part from RepairClinic.com and overnighted.  Cost me $88 and 30 minutes.  STAY AWAY from "Non_Integrity Air!".

The tech was very professional and courteous. He took time to answer all questions and provided a overview of how the system works and the types of things he looks for during a check up. He helped me locate the filters and demo'd how to replace them. Given the age of my compressor (18+ years) and the associate parts, he provided very specific feedback on how to approach maintenance, but did not attempt to up-sale or do unnecessary work.
I am very pleased with this company and will be using them for my annual A/C check ups going forward. My system and component parts are covered by our home warranty so I don't control who would do repair/replacement, but if I could choose, I'd choose Integrity.

It went really well.  It was surprise replacement because our ac was supposedly brand new when we bought the house.  After dealing with some other companies who left us with giant bills for no work, these guys were recommended by friends and helped replace the AC etc.  Very good experience.

Just as expected and none of the typical "we also found this bad part and it will need to be replaced, and that will be another $200.00" - it was just straight honest and "no bull".  And in Texas, there is only a certain type of bull we like - and it "moo's"!

They were courteous, punctual, and neat. They clearly discussed what they would do to correct the problems of the current installation. They confirmed everything that a previous air conditioning man had said needed to be done, several ducts needed to be resized and there were right angles reducing airflow and the main hole in the plenum was way too small, that sort of thing. However, their prices were way out of range for me. The owner of Galaxy Building Services knew a man who was in the air conditioning business who said that he thought the repairs should cost about $400 but Integrity wanted more than 4 times that much. They said their work came with a guarantee, and so that is nice if you have a good deal of money, however, because the first air conditioning guy said it would cost $400, Jonah, the owner of Galaxy was not willing to pay any more than that. As it was he tried to get us to pick up some of the tab on the repairs. The first guy, the one who gave the quote, said he didn't climb around in attics. The second guy we found to work on it for that price wanted to rip out our brand new ceiling to get to the ductwork. The guy we finally went with did it for just under $500. I don't like thinking about it because it was all such a hideous nightmare. I actually started crying when Integrity called with the quote. I was so embarrassed but I was just worn out with trying to get this (among other problems Galaxy Building Services caused) resolved. So anyway, I guess the only drawback to Integrity that I know if is the price.  If I was rich I might use Integrity Air, but right now I cannot afford them.

it seems like my units only breakdown on weekends and holidays and Integrity responds as soon as possible . They have done everything possible to keep my old units running as long as they can since I can't afford new units. They will work with you to find the best solution to your problem within your budget.

They were very courteous, honest and professional and they did not charge us and made it a complimentary visit rare to find such a business nowadays. Thank you Integrity!

Great service and quality of work.

They did great work. They set me up really quick, took care of the business, and got going.

It went great. Every time Integrity Air Conditioning comes out, they do exactly what they say when they say. It has been a very good experience. I purchased a new unit within this year after repairing my old unit several times throughout the year. They were prompt and courteous, and they picked up after themselves, no complaints. They are affordable, honest, prompt, and they did a good job. I will call them back every time. It would have been A for everything. I would have not continued to use them over and over again if they were not so good at what they do!

The service call went great. I called in early that afternoon, and the technician came out later that afternoon before my wife and kids returned home. I was unable to attend the call myself, but the technician gave me ring when he was at the house and immediately after determining the problem. Very professional and personal!
