I needed inexpensive carpet replaced in three bedrooms ASAP. I showed up in the show room at 5 pm. CC Carpet had what I needed in stock and was able to install it the next day. As this carpet replacement was just a quick fix the product selected was inexpensive. Their crew showed up the next day, on time and completed the job quickly. They also vacumned and cleaned up behind themselves. When the children move out we will be calling CC Carpet back to install new carpet in these rooms!

In 2004 had tile installed. In 2007 had carpeting & laminate flooring installed. Have cracks in several tiles, watching Holmes on Holmes I discovered that shortcuts may have been made resulting in cracks. Several laminate boards got wet & promptly warped. CC Carpet initial solution was to replace entire rooms of laminate & tile in effect purchasing twice. I advised had tile & laminate could use from other locations. I called 2 times in last 3 weeks & was assured someone would get with me to come out and estimate repair costs. Zero response to date. Time for me to find another company...

The end result looks great. Carpet was an easy one day install. We were told when we contracted with them that carpet would be one day and hardwood flooring would be 2 days. Hardwood flooring was the only problem. Towards the end of the second day is was obvious that they were moving VERY slow. We had company coming in town and were assured this would be done. When it became clear we had a problem we called the customer service number and they had the guys stay until 11PM on a Friday night. The third morning they sent 2 crews and were done by 1PM. However, had we not called they told us they would not have been done until Sunday, making a 4 day install.

They did a phenomenal job and the product was excellent. Their installers were hard working, and were there from the time it started and stayed till it was finished. They had the entire job done in right about a week which was half what I expected it would take. We are planning to get some other work done by them as I was really pleased with their work.

Did not use for carpet installation.

They did a great job both in sales and installation.

Their work was excellent. They were professional, clean, and did a great job on the clean up effort after the work.

Horrible experience. The salesmen, Jason, has no customer service skills. He messed up on what parts of the condo needed flooring and didn't want to admit it. So I called corporate and they didn't want to work with me at all. They kept on telling me to call my salesmen that can't use a tape measure. It felt like once I signed the contract, they have your money, and their not interested in fixing the problem. The flooring wasn't even level. I told the installers not to cut the pieces inside so there wouldn't be saw dust all over the place. I left them alone all day and when I came back they were cutting inside and it was a mess. When a company messes up, they need to get it right, especially when its a $7,000 bill.

The installation process was painful. The product sold to me was defective and as I later found out discontinued. During the installation the finish on the floor was actually peeling off with the tape used to secure the boards while they set up. The installers tried to cover up and repair the defects to no avail. The company replaced some of the bad boards (during the install process) only after it was pointed out to management. However, as the installation went on it became clear that a lot of the product was defective. The company was about 3/4 done when I called the company and demanded that the work stop. The work was allowed to continue with the assurance from CC Carpet that the product would be fixed or replaced under the warranty. Inspector hired by Mohawk flooring was sent out a few weeks later to inspect the damage. A few weeks after that CC Carpet called and advised me that Mohawk had decided that the floor did not need to be replaced. They offered to just replace the boards that currently showed signs of defect. I have no confidence in this flooring product at this point, so this proposed solution was totally unacceptable and an attorney has been hired. Many weeks have gone by and we are still going back and forth trying to work out some acceptable solution. All I am seeking is the quality product that I paid for. CC Carpet has been terrible to deal with. Their attitude and customer service is very poor.

Good experience. They were a little higher priced than other estimates, but offered full turnkey approach. Great crew that showed up on time each day and asked if they could stay late. Good quality. Took care of minor problems quickly and without a lot of hassle (a few scratches on laminate and plumber didn't do good job of caulking sink). Went with another company for upstairs carpet, and am currently regretting it.

After spending over 4 hours with another flooring company salesman, CC Carpet was a beacon in the night! Not once did we feel pressured to sign a contract or make a rash decision over new flooring like we did with the other flooring company. This is a good, honest company with good, honest salespeople. The young man who helped us was Jason and he was so nice! After selecting the carpet and vinyl, we needed a date in the future for installation which was no problem. He even brought the several samples out to our house to see in our own light. And these were big samples, not like the other flooring company's index card samples. The installation crew showed up on time and were such hard workers. They stayed until the job was finished without complaining about how late it was. Only my husband and I were complaining since it was quite a draining process! Would highly recommend this company!

They are not punctual and I have to constantly point out things they need to redo. The manager charged me a restocking fee only three days after I had told him to do a job and then told him to stop. They had 0% financing so as I was looking over the statement almost a year later, I noticed the restocking fee. It took a very long time for them to call me back about it. I told him I wasn't going to do business with them anymore and he just said ok. It seems like they just don't care.

The sale, and installation went fine. The customer service and responsiveness when there was a problem was terrible. What got me the most was when the installation manager came out and said it was water damage, even though I assure him no water had touched the floor. It was like he was calling us dishonest. I still have not heard from them or received the letter that I requested.

Salesman was aggressive and misleading with pricing. I was charged for materials that were never used and the details of the pricing were not disclosed until I very persistently pressed him. I requested refund and was given one for $126 less than I was due. I had also prepaid for carpet to lock in pricing, but requested that the order be canceled and the company never acknowledged the cancellation. I contacted the credit card company to dispute the carpet charge myself. I also have submitted a report with the Better Business Bureau to resolve the refund, but the company refuses to address my concerns.

Our first appointment was canceled due to another job taking to long, however we were not notified until the morning of our appointment that they would not be able to do our floors on the scheduled day. When they did get started on our floors, they worked quickly and did a good job. There are a couple of areas that may need future attention (carpet on stairs and area where carpet meets tile), but as of now everything is fine. Keith Vera was CC Carpets sells rep and did a nice job of showing us options and not trying to pressure us into purchasing more than we could afford. However, after he took our order and scheduled our work, we have not heard another word from him. I have e-mailed him with no response. I know he is busy, but I am also and sells, and I always make time to at least call my customers to make sure they were satisfied with their purchase and to thank them for their business. Also, it would not hurt for CC to send workers that can actually SPEAK ENGLISH.

The carpets arrived within five days of when we ordered them and the installers showed up at the specified time. They had all the carpets laid within a two day period, working both Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. A few minor irritations: The installers were not proficient in English and, so I could not communicate some extra needs I had. The amount of carpet ordered was a bit short, so the installers had to come back in again after the rest of the carpet arrived. The installers chipped some tile that was bordering the carpet and CC's agreed to take care of fixing the tile, however that took a couple of weeks to get resolved.

They did a wonderful job and our carpeting looked terrific. They did a good job cleaning up after they tore out the old carpeting and before they installed the new stuff. Their workers were friendly and helpful and very efficient too. Their carpeting was pretty nice.

THEY WERE QUICK AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND THE CARPET WAS GOOD FOR A RENTAL UNIT. THEY WERE ALSO CLEAN AND FAST. WE HAD TO GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB, WERE ON TIME, FAST, AND HAD A GOOD PRICE.

THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME and THE INDIVIDUALS WERE PROFESSIONAL.
