C C Carpet

I visited the store to look at Adura vinyl tile products on a Sunday, selected some samples, and scheduled a time for the staff to come to the house for measurements/estimates. The customer service in the store and in person at my house was fair though it bothered me that overall 3 employees offered me the sale item vinyl tile multiple times in each encounter. The discounted tile was of comparable quality but not of a color/style I was interested in. When the two salemen were in my home, they were friendly and offered their estimate. When I decided to think it over, one of the salesman offered to call me the next day for my decision. I never heard back from them. I had the impression that they didn't consider me a serious customer for some reason and their false impression led them to blow me off and miss a sale. They really weren't very motivated in sealing the deal. I subsequently purchased the vinyl tile and install from a competitor with the job completed within 2 weeks of the failed encounter w/ CC Carpets.

At a friend's recommendation, visited their showroom. Very negative experience - salesperson was unhelpful. However, when they showed up for measurements, the rep was wonderful and helpful and brought samples and made suggestions and worked with me on price. The workmen arrived late on the appointed day, but finished the job by 9pm and the floor looks awesome. And they were half the price of Empire.

I visited the CC Carpet store in Lewisville. The store closed at 6:00 PM. I arrived at 5:40 PM. It was very evident that the salesperson was far more interested in getting out on time rather than selling carpet. The salesperson was crude and unprofessional. When I got home, I threw his card in the trash.

We had carpet installed in 2 bedrooms and a hall. We found the variety of carpet available to be large and easily found exactly what we ha in mind. The price was a little below the big box retailers and the service was excellent. I am contacting them this week to have wood flooring installed in our living room and den based on the great experience we had the first time.

I had all of the carpet removed from a house I bought from a chain smoker. CC Carpets installers did a truly beautiful job of removing all of the carpet and replacing it in all rooms except one bathroom and the kitchen. The Master Bedroom got a combination of upgraded carpet and ceramic tile - through the master bath. The living room, dining room, hallways got hand-scraped engineered Oak. Two bedrooms got lower grade carpeting. The work was done really well and the crews were courteous. The job took longer than I had imagined, but the work was high quality. The care they took in preparing the slab floor prior to installing the hard wood floors was much more than I expected.

We had a very kind salesman come to our home both times. He brought samples to our home. The timing was fast and the workmanship was good. They took very good care of our home.

I had a salesman come to my home. He was professional but he wasn't very knowledgeable. He didn't even try to work with me on getting me a lower price. I did not have them do the work for me.

I was happy with the experience from start to finish.

I asked for estimates from CC Carpet. They came out twice, but never followed up. I was disappointed in their professionalism, and chose not to use them. I would however, give them another chance.

I purchased a mid-Century home in Lake Highlands that needed some updating. I decided to start with granite counter tops in the bar in my den as well as kitchen area. The kitchen area was tricky because I needed to match the granite that was already installed in the kitchen. The team at CC Carpet came to my home, measured and offered some great options and ideas. I did my homework and also got other bids but CC Carpet was the best bid considering all they provided in consultation, installation costs, provision of professional plumber, finish and clean up after installation. I am thrilled with the results. My counter tops match in the kitchen, the bar granite is also matching and elegant, the back splash and side splash are beautiful, the craftsmanship was expert and the fit to measurements was precise. I trust the professionals at CC Carpet and am now having them remodel my master bath as well as other major projects I plan to undertake on "this old house" in the future. I give CC Carpet an A+ and recommend them without reservations! Great service, great product and great experience all around. Thank you Morgan, Steve and Jason at CC Carpet!

Installations was broken into 2 parts - 1 day for wood and 1 day for carpet. Seperate installation teams for both. Both install teams were terrific. English speaking, punctual, and clean. Very happy with the overall process. Would recommend and would use agan for other projects.

I contacted CC Carpets on recommendations from my sister who was very satisfied with the job they had done for her. After getting quotes from several places I found them to be about average in cost. I was told that they would be here between 10-12 am. They showed up at 9am and got right to work. I had another contractor in replacing my bathroom tile so I was concerned that there might be some issues, but the head contractor for CC's said there would be no problem. They worked in the front part of the house while the tile man worked in my bathroom the first day. They moved my furniture and covered it with sheets of plastic to keep the dust down to a minimum. They worked efficiently and continually until 5:00pm and said they would be back at 9am the next morning. Right on the dot they showed up and finished the hallway and master bedroom. They then cleaned up any marks on the floor, moved back the furniture and even helped me make my bed up. Cabinets were cleaned from the dust and all debris was removed from the house. Normally when I have a major job done I find minor flaws that I can usually live with. I have not been able to find one flaw in my floor. From the layout to the quality of workmanship, I am extremely happy. Now the tile man is a totally different story. As good as CC's was the contractor that did my bathroom was that bad. WARNING!!!! Do not use Discount Floors from Waxahachie.

It's a good company. They stand behind their work. I haven't had any problems in the past 10 years of using them. I'm looking at getting my carpets cleaned and if I cannot get them cleaned, I will go to C C Carpet replace the carpet.

We originally had CC Carpet come to our home and provide an estimate on installing new engineered wood flooring in our living room and bedroom. We have a small 1 bedroom condo in Turtle Creek in the Uptown area of Dallas. The estimate was $4,415.00 plus an additional $400.00 for sound proofing. We then decided to add a slate type flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, so, John Blackburn, our Sales Rep, came back on Monday, October 31st and gave us an estimate of $1,740.00; we approved for them to go ahead with all flooring. At this point I asked John if we could install the bathroom and kitchen on Friday, November 4th and the wood flooring on November 10th and, if needed, we could be available on the 11th if it were required to complete. John assured me this would be fine and sent me a fax with both dates confirmed.Friday, November 4th, I took PTO time off work to be home for the install. On Friday I finally gave up waiting and I called the Corporate Office and they informed me John had sent them a fax stating the install dates had been pushed out to the next week, Thursday, November 10th. I told the guy, Josh, that was not the case, I had the fax from John dated 11/03/2011 stating the installation on the kitchen and bathroom was to start on Friday, November 4, 2011. Josh called me back and said there was nothing he could do - they could have someone out to my home on Monday, November 7, 2011 first thing to start and assured me they would be finished on Monday. We informed CC Carp the work had to be done between the hours of 9am - 6pm due to HOA rules and he assured me they would be there first thing Monday, I assumed that meant 9am. The installation guys did not show up until about 10:30 on Monday morning and immediately starting telling me why they wouldn't be finished that same day. After about an hour of him hawing around and slowly bringing their tools upstairs, they finally got started working and it seemed they would be finished on-time, needless to say it was almost 7:30 pm before they were done. The work they performed was shotty, they obliterated my baseboards and had grout drippings all over the floor; I have attached pictures. After I saw this work and was finally able to truly inspect their work, I called and cancelled the 2nd half of the work they were supposed to do which was to install engineered wood floors in the remainder of our condo - $4,400.00 worth of work. Since thay day, I have called and emailed and left more than 5 messages for John, the owners and the Installation Manager and NOT ONE person has returned my call.

We decided on this company based on Angie's reviews. They did not disappoint us. We compared several companies and they gave us the best quality carpet for the most competitive price. Because they have their own installation crews, the install went smooth. They were willing to move many of our large pieces of furniture (even a pool table) for no extra cost. This is the first excellent rating that I have given in a long time!

Called and got Kirk to come out a do a walkthrough. He understood our budget and timeline. He helped us choose a more neutral carpet as we told him we may want to sell relatively soon. When the carpet installers arrived they did not bring enough carpet but Kirk called and told us this was his mistake and he will ensure it all gets done and any extra carpet would be on his dime. He delivered and we are very happy with the result. Thanks Kirk!

We called CC's Carpets to install new carpet throughout our whole home. Our salesman, Augustine, was professional and responsive. Though there was a small variance in the day of delivery, Augustine was quick to call and inform us of the change, and worked around our schedule to assure the job was still completed with in our needed time frame. He was in contact with the manufacturer, returned calls the same day, and sent an excellent team to install our carpet. An actual 'team" of 3 installers were sent to install our carpet-not just one person (this was a concern in some previous reviews). They removed all the old carpet, moved all the furniture, installed new carpet (it looks great), and returned all our furniture in our sizable home all in one day. This is in a 5 bedroom 2 story home. (The project was anticipated at 1 1/2 days.) The installation team was polite and professional. CC's Carpets was a pleasure to work with, competitively priced, and we would certainly use them again!

They did not have the ability to address certain issues, hence I never chose them. I may not use them in the future.

I saw CC carpet in an ad, which then I called for an appointment. One of the salesmen came in for a quotation for the tile and carpet. Because we were on a budget, he suggested ways we can save money by removing and installing the sink and toilet (plumbing) ourselves. Otherwise they would have to hire a plumber to do that for an additional $300. I believe his name was Forest. He was friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor. He brought samples but we didn't like the samples he showed us, so we went into the store the next day to find something else. We met the manager of the store instead of the salesman. We found something that fit our budget and was in the quality range we wanted, so we put in an order to have it installed. I was fine with the tile samples he showed us, so I just went with that and put in an order. It should be noted that, unlike the salesman, the manager of the store wasn't too friendly, just getting his work down with the least words exchanged as possible. He also had really bad breath! When the installers came out, they were courteous and got the job done. One thing I must mention is that the installer offered to do installations outside of CC carpet, which I thought wasn't very professional, but I didn't mind it so much since I probably could save some money if I took his offer.

They arrived on time with the materials, and finished when they estimated. No damage was done to house or furnishings. What more can I say.

I really researched the costs. I had 2 other companies come in with a price of $1100 so I went with one of them. C C Carpet was good. They were the first one to come out and I was getting sticker shock with them. They were pleasant and on time but the price floored me and I felt I could do better. And I did.

I went into CC Carpet and looked around the very first time I went in and was not sure if I was going to go with them or not. When I got there the sales person was very friendly and helpful as far as explaining the different types of carpets and floorings as well as how much each cost. After looking around at other places I went in a second time and picked out possible flooring and carpet and set up an appointment for them to come out to the house and give an estimate for the job. They came out to my home and gave an estimate for the areas I wanted redone and brought the samples I had chosen so that I could see what it would look like in the home. They were very patient as I tried to choose what exactly I wanted. They then put in the order of the carpet and flooring and said that they would call when the items were in and set up dates to come out and install the flooring. On the days of installations the workers were on time and very nice and friendly. The job turned out very well and I am impressed so far. I have had the flooring in for six months and I am still impressed with the job done.
