Description of Work: There was no supervisor checking the work. Though they're not responsible for damage to baseboards, there was zero care taken in protecting my baseboards. I have many pictures to illustrate this lack of care, with damage due to both sanding and sloppy staining. I even have damage to trim in a bathroom where they did no work. | |My walls had recently been repainted and there were many handprints left by their workers. I have pictures of this as well. | |They did not let us know that we needed to replace our A/C filters, so there were several days without A/C when the temperature was above 100 degrees. I had floors refinished in another home of mine and all of this was seamless -- they used plastic to protect areas from dust and did not damage my baseboards at all. | |Ben came highly recommended to me by a trusted source, so we are both extremely disappointed in my experience. | |I will incur expenses relating to restoring my home to the condition it was in prior to their work.

Description of Work: I used Ashmore Flooring for install of wood flooring on the 1st floor in my home - the wood was purchased from another supplier as Ashmore did not have the exact flooring I wanted. The install involved tear up/removal of a lot of tile and some carpeting. They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with my home's new look!
