About us

We are trained and experienced appraisers of antiques and residential contents and are certified thru the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and members in good standing of the American Society of Estate Liquidators. We provide a free, onsite consultation to answer any questions you may have. There are no up-front cost to the client for the sale and there are no hidden fees. We charge a percentage of the gross sales which are agreed upon in advance in a written contract and are based on the size of the sale - the larger the sale, the smaller the percentage. All costs for the sale, including advertising and security, are paid for by us.

We can maximize the value of your belongings thru carefully identifying, evaluating, organizing, displaying, pricing and showcasing. all household items. We specialize in total liquidation of the belongings of an entire estate of a family member or for you if you are moving or downsizing. We sell furniture, kitchen items, china, crystal, silver, jewelry, cars, collections, art, clothing, etc. If you are downsizing, we can also help with planning your move, and arranging your furniture.

Services we don't offer

We do not provide housecleaning services or removal of large trash unless agreed upon in advance. We can arrange for those services if required for an additional fee.
