A great mobile showroom come directly to the front of the house made me so impressive. Professional explanation. I do not have all 5 because of 1. Work quality: Tech did a good job, but I think they need to look for a better way to have the drain pipe go to the street. 2. I have a minor issue but it's been resolved quickly. 3. This is my 5th whole house water system for my self and my family. This is the one I pay more than others. I hope it works better. Bottom line, Infinity is great service and I would recommend other people to use this company for the whole house water softener. Thank you for your great job!

Salesman Chris was very personable and listened to my needs. I did appreciate that he did not pressure me into signing on the spot as some others did. This company’s price was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the quality of my water. Installation was included in the price and they made sure I understood my system before leaving. The good thing I like about them is the detail they went through on how that went and how they responded. Able his team did a great job on installation on how the salt levels and maintenance etc. I have referred them to 3 others already.

We had a whole house filter installed with a carbon filter and a reverse Osmosis under sink install for drinking water. On time - did not take long to install and I have been very pleased with filtered water.

These guys are very organized, turn-key, and professional.. I purchased the Kinetico K5 Unit for my drinking water. It is awesome, as no electricity is required and it purifies without flushing out extra water all the time... It fit perfectly under my kitchen cabinet/sink and I now have a dedicated Water Faucet! They did everything within an hour..

I was very pleased with the entire process. The guys worked very hard to find a place to install the system outdoors that would be aesthetic, functional, and that I was happy with. They cleaned up when they were finished. Ann Moore
