Job went very well. Arrived on time and completed in accordance with written proposal and charges. Very satisfactory work.

After experiencing two power surges, one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday, calling AEP to file a power surge report, and having an AEP representative check their meter, I started calling an electrician to no avail. Saturday morning i experienced a third power surge. I contacted Advantage Electrical for service. Representative asked if he could return my call in 15-20 minutes as he was finishing a job. Fifteen minutes went by and my phone rang. Representative took my information down and asked if I had a phone which could take a picture of the main breaker after I described my power surge problem. He wished to identify the type circuit breaker so he could assess if he had parts on stock. Further indicated it would save him time and save me money because if he would come to the house, identify type of breaker box, and then go back to shop, the job might cost me more and/or he might need to obtain parts he might need to perform the job. He indicated he had a job before me, but would call me when he would be on his way. After an hour and a half, I received call he was on his way. When he arrived, I showed representative the electrical box and he got to work. About 45 to 60 minutes, I went outside to check his progress. To my surprise the Rep was finishing up. He had replaced the bad main breaker. He took the time to show me the problem with the replaced bad main breaker. Moisture had managed to seep into the breaker box overtime and corroded the main switch. Very pleased with work and professionalism displayed by Mr. Russell Canales. Not only did he complete the work professionally, but maintained contact with me from beginning to the end of the job. I will definitely call and/or refer Mr. Canales and Advantage Electrical Company for future electrical needs. Excellent service and professionalism. Last but not least, I am very pleased that Mr. Canales was able to respond immediately to my request for service. During the latter part of the week, I had attempted to obtain service from other electrical service providers and the earliest they could respond was Tuesday of the following week. Again, Mr. Canales' response was immediate for which I am greatful.
