Description of Work: It is really a shame that "A" is the highest rating that I can give this company because they deserve A+++! We had them come out and deep clean a home that had been vacant for 2 years that we were moving into. They did such an amazing job that the entire house look like it was practically brand new. The refrigerator was so bad that we thought we would have to get a new one but they cleaned it out so well that we were spared the expense of a new one. (The frig looked and smelled like a science experiment gone wrong!) There was no one aspect of the house that they missed, even cleaning out the fireplace. When my husband saw it he had just one word - immaculate! They live up to their name "pristine" and now that we have moved in and are getting settled, my husband suggested calling them again to just do a normal clean. Thank you for making this house so nice to move into!

Continued success with your business, ladies! You were a pleasure and our blinds look as beautiful as the day we moved in!
Description of Work: Kathy and Marie arrived on time to do a house full of dusty horizontal blinds which I had not been able to do successfully. They went right to work and from walking in my door to out of it was one hour and 15 minutes! They were easy to talk with, polite, respectful of our home and went beyond cleaning every slat on the blinds. They also wiped the frames around the windows, the base of the windows and told me of anything they noticed out-of-the ordinary on the blinds, such as one slat which was cracked.

+ -1 moreGreat! We asked them to clean 2 of the 3 bathrooms, den, living area, dining area and kitchen and they were fantastic. They arrived right on schedule, got to work and everything sparkled when they left. I have made arrangements to use them every 3 weeks and expand their cleaning to virtually the whole house. A family death has had us upside down for the last 4 months so it will take us a little longer to finish sorting and decluttering. With their help once we have done that the rest of the house will be equally clean!

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the quality of the work! Marie and Kathy were very pleasant, friendly, and professional when I met them at my home for the estimate. They are very competent. They came at the appointed time on the appointed date. My house shines! They were careful not to let my cat sneak out, and they cleaned the house from top to bottom. I would recommend them to anyone who likes a clean house!
Description of Work: Pristine Maid Service performed an initial deep clean at my house, and will be coming every two weeks to clean. They have a comprehensive list of standard jobs that make up their standard clean, and they completed everything on the list. Our home is 2500 sq ft, however, we asked that 3 bedrooms not be included as they are seldom used.

+ -1 moreOverall, I was very satisfied. They both came on the day they estimated the cost and we discussed all the things they would do and that I wanted done.We agreed on a price and a date. When they came, they immediately went to work and seemed very focused on what needed to be done. I was impressed with their professional manner and pleasant personalities. I am delighted with this whole experience!
Description of Work: Marie and Kathy performed a Deluxe Cleaning Service for us. They provided a sheet with all the items listed so I knew exactly what they would be doing. They were prompt and very efficient. My house shone! I had asked for a Deluxe Clean (they also have a standard clean rate) and that is what I received! They even put Murphy's Oil on our old front door right before they left and it looks better than it has in years. The bathrooms were cleaned from top to bottom and all the cabinets and doors were hand wiped (they look great!). All the standard cleaning was done -- carpets swept, appliances sparkled, etc. I know the spiders were disappointed as they are now homeless (no more webs!). My mini-blinds have never been so clean!

+ -1 moreVery professional from the initial meeting for an estimate to the day of the cleaning. Marie takes pride in the work they do and with good reason. They arrived on time and finished in the time frame proposed. Very accommodating as far as using my products and supplies. It was important to Marie that we were happy with the work they did. I was unable to be there when they arrived due to a medical emergency but Marie called when they arrived and they were able to start cleaning since we had gone over everything the week before at the initial estimate meeting. They are coming back to do a Deluxe cleaning...top to bottom. I hope to use Pristine on a regular basis.

The shower glass looks like it did the day I moved in!. They even cleaned the kitchen trash can and the pantry floor. Everything looks great!.I would highly recommend them!

The thing that impressed me most was she actually got my vent a hood over my stove clean!! I have been trying for years to get the greasy build up off and I never could. She cleaned it like it was brand new. Pristine Maid Service cleaned things most services just pass by. I highly recommed this service and I will never use anyone else. She was very friendly and my dog LOVES her.

Kathy, my cleaning tech performed an immaculate job. Kathy arrived on time and was not only efficient but professional as well. In addition, the price fit within my budget. I assumed a professional cleaning service would be expensive. But Pristine provided top notch service at a very low cost. I will definitely continue to use their services!
Description of Work: My home was in need of a thorough clean. Kathy wet wiped my window seals, cleaned all blinds, removed cobwebs, and even washed my baseboards and light switch plates. My kitchen and bathroom were spotless (the soap scum was gone). Dusting and removal of pet dander in all rooms and even changed my sheets, at no additional cost.
