Overall, a great experience. We recently sold our home and needed a very thorough deep clean for our move out. A team of 3 arrived within the time frame specified and went straight to work. All were very pleasant & professional. Highly Recommended.

Good, thorough cleaining and nice, attentive housekeepers. I found the cost, particularly because I had to provide my own cleaning supplies, too expensive. Discontinued use after moving.

Initially when we spoke regarding an estimate for bi/weekly service you had the option for us to provide all supplies and chemicals but in an effort to keep your cost budget friendly you opted to provide your own and exclude the 2 adult children's rooms. As time went on and a relationship was established our team dusted, removed trash and vacuumed the excluded rooms complimentary. After a year and a half you were given a $15 rate increase to compensate our team for the additional work you were receiving and that too was more than you wanted to pay. We continue to clean the areas with an agreed $7.50 increase in an effort to help you maintain your home at a reasonable rate."

I had used this service for over a year prior to this clean, and it was usually satisfactory, however, spotty at some points. The main problem is that the cleanings are inconsistent, the maids tend to be careless with your things, and messages are not always relayed from the owner to the person who cleans (which changes every few months). Though they will replace your damaged items through reimbursement, it is still a hassle to replace them. I found that having them clean was becoming more of an inconvenience than a help.
For this particular clean, I had requested that certain areas be given special attention. One of the specific rooms was given a cursory clean, and this was not what I had requested. I also noticed that an item was missing from my kitchen and that there were bleach spots on my brand new bath mats. It is my opinion that your home should be in better condition after a clean than it was before, not worse.
I called the owner and left a message (since it is rare that she answers the phone). I left a message about the issues I had and informed her that I will not be continuing service with this company. She did call back and respond that they would come back out and clean the room they missed and return the item that was missing and that I could send in a receipt to replace the rug (but "that bleach stains do happen" - in my opinion, if you are careful they don't). For me, this was not acceptable. The room should have been cleaned the first time, the item should not have been taken, and the rug should not have been damaged. An insincere apology is not enough to keep me as a customer. I expect more from a service provider, and they should expect a higher level of care in their employees.

I had contacted them in 2010 for cleaning services in my apartment. The lady who owns the service game me an estimate..on the higher side. Their work is good - however, since I did not have them on a regular schedule, I was kicked out of their list and in spite of several phone calls, I never received a courtesy call to let me know that they would not be able to accommodate the cleaning anymore. I expect more professionalism from a business.

Marie and her crew arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning of all area's promised.
It was riddled by Construction dust.They did a fantastic job as always.
I have used them numerous times for Deep Cleanings also.
We are always happy with the results.
Marie sends out the same people, they are familiar with my Dog, large and a handful.
Would recommend to all!!

We spent about $150 on that service. We have had them out twice and the quality depended on who came out. They just did not do obvious dusting because a lot of services were not dusted. We will not use them again and actually called and made an appointment with someone else.

I have been using them for the past few months. I was unhappy with another service that I had been using for six or seven months, and I switched to this company. They are okay. I think they are good, but they aren't excellent. The people who come out are friendly. I haven't seen their ID's, but I believe them.

They come to clean; once every 2 weeks and they have been doing this for the past year and a half. They do a job and make sure the job is done well. The person, who heads, inspects often and does not send, new people, every time. They ensure to keep my priorities on mind and do the work. I like their services and will use the same in future.

Overall, I was not pleased with the outcome of this service. I have to say that they were VERY responsive to my request, and were able to send someone to my home on New Years Eve - which I really appreciated. After reading all of the other reviews, I was really excited to find a new service (after my maid retired after several years of service). The maid left several "basic" things undone - faucets in the bathroom were only cleaned partially; tile floors had dust in most corners; window sills & furniture were still dusty - it looked like the dust was just moved around, etc. I had really hoped to find a service that had the same level of service I was used to, but not the case. I'll keep looking! :)

Pristine Maid Service was extremely punctual and professional. Knowing they were coming to clean, I was able to focus on packing and decluttering my house rather than cleaning blinds and ceiling fans. I especially appreciated their tips on how to keep everything looking nice and new while our house is on the market. Thank you, Pristine Maid Service! Working with the crew from Pristine Maid Service was a phenomenal experience. Marie's professionalism on the phone and in person is off the charts. The entire 4-person crew worked non-stop while they were in our home. It was like watching an athletic event. I checked the home pretty thoroughly after they left. From crown molding to chair rail, to baseboards, bathrooms, nooks & crannies, agreed upon appliances...everything was truly clean, not merely "surface clean". They were very respectful of our possessions. More importantly, they are genuine animal lovers. We now have them coming on an ongoing basis every two weeks and couldn't be more thrilled. Marie and Kathy are extremely hardworking people. If you hire them, please treat them well. They are delightful, and you will want them to come back!

They are great. I'm very pleased with them. They are very professional, and they do a wonderful job. They are personable. They leave me a note of what they did every time. They also make sure to let me know when to buy more cleaning products. Two people come out to do the work. I'm very satisfied with them. Their pricing is pretty fair.

We had used Pristine Maid Services over the summer and were very impressed with the quality of the work. They spent about 4 hours cleaning our 4 BR, 3 BA house the first time they were here and did a great job. This time, they spent about 2 hours cleaning and when I arrived home, I found areas that hadn't been dusted and a picture frame that was put back on the mantle after the corner had been broken. I was disappointed and will probably not be using these ladies again.

It could not have been better. They were on time when they came to gives an estm. and when they returned to do the job.They were professional in every way and they cleaned each room from head to toe. They started with a crew of 3 and then a 4th person joined them . Our house has not looked this good or smelled as good in some time. I can not say enough good a about them!!!! WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN!!
