Dave came out on Saturday morning, as he said he would. He also said he would get back to me the next day with a price, which he didn't. We had a working heater unit, but he insisted that we replace the entire AC system, including the heater in order for it to all "work together". The price quoted was between $13,000, and $16,000. We had a place to stay so decided to go for the 2nd opinion. They determined that it wasn't necessary to replace a working heating system, but to replace only the AC and coil, as the refrigerant in the coil has changed. They saved us more than 1/2 the original quoted price. I may have been hot, but not that desperate. Always get another opinion.

I've used them for years. They come out every six months. They come out like the beginning of Winter and the beginning of Summer. They do the maintenance and the tune-ups. It's a three year contract. I love them, one of the reasons why I stuck with them they manage to resolve issues that multiple people never could resolve. The price is very reasonable. They're very responsive. They're very good about everything that they've done.

Greatest service ever. Guys showed up exactly on time, and although they took their time to make sure everything was done correctly, the job was done in a jiff. They have bent over backwards to provide good service.

The service representative, Johnny, called ahead to say he was coming and arrived on time. He did a complete checkup of our AC and furnace, replaced 2 clogged filters, and sold me a maintenance contract for 3 years of on-going bi-annual checkups for our system. He was very polite and professional. Johnny has been with Cypress Creek AC a long time. He was on the crew that installed our Lennox air conditioner, and we trust him to know his job and understand any issues with our system. On a previous visit, he pointed out a gap in our roof (after we had a new roof put on) where the flashing hadn't been put in place. That saved us a lot of $$$'s because it avoided water damage!

We have used Cypress Creek for the past 10 years and will continue for as long as they are in business. Our 15 year old 4 ton system was beginning to give us problems and Cypress Creek gave us a variety of options for a replacement system or a Band-Aid fix to keep the current unit running. We decided to replace the whole system and the next morning Cypress Creek was at our home replacing the system as promised. We have used Cypress Creek on several project and Dave, the owner, shows up every time to thank us for the business. Having to call the AC guys is never on the top of my things to do list, but dealing with Cypress Creek is always a pleasant experience.

Even though our Trane system was still working perfectly, we decided that we wanted a new, more efficient system. Cypress Creek had installed our Trane in 1999, and they had serviced it twice a year for the nearly 17 years that we owned it. Neither my wife nor I can say a single negative thing about the old Trane system. it performed flawlessly year in and year out. We were a little nervous about replacing this unit because it was working so well, but we decided to go for it. Cypress Creek owners Dave and Ernie Williams came out to the house, just as they had done in 1999 when we bought the Trane, and we spent a lot of time discussing new technology in A/C and heating. We decided on the Lennox XP25 heat pump. This system is a Rolls-Royce, no doubt, but a rebate from Centerpoint Energy, as well as from Lennox, helped to soften the blow. Dave and crew installed the system four days later. They set up a portable air conditioner to keep part of the house cool for us why they worked. They did an outstanding job with the installation. To say that these guys really know what they are doing is an understatement. My wife and I have done business with Cypress Creek Air Conditioning & Heating for nearly 20 years. Their reputation is absolutely untarnished. There is no better company here, and you can take that to the bank. You may find a cheaper company, but you will not find a more competent and ethical business anywhere.

We've used them for 28 years. We've always been happy with them. They're very responsive to our needs. In all honesty, my wife, goes way back, she knew these guys in high school. We recommended them to all the people. So, they ended up working for other folks in our neighborhood since we've recommended them. We've always been happy with their service. They go above and beyond. The technicians are always very professional and they get the job done for us. They always leave it the way they found it, never had to clean up after.

I shopped around and ended up choosing Cypress because I've used them, knew that they were reliable and didn't know about the other company that I was looking at. We can count on them to backup the products and take good care of us. It works great and it has saved us lots of money on electricity. I couldn't believe how much the bill came down. It came down at least 35-40%. I have no problems with them.

The service from Cypress Creek was amazing! Our old A/C unit had just been serviced by our former A/C maintenance company ($700 worth of freon). The following weekend, the coil froze up again, and we were unable to reach them, so we looked on Angie's List, and found Cypress Creek. Their ad said they were open 7 days a week, so I called at 7:30 on Sunday morning. David Williams answered the phone, and we made an appointment for that afternoon. He came to the house, and assessed our situation, and went over our options with us. We decided to replace the entire system, and he and his crew came the next morning. By afternoon, we were cooling again, and had a state-of-the-art A/C and furnace. We were VERY pleased with the excellent, honest service we got from David and his crew. He was very professional and helpful, with no sales pressure. He presented several options, and we chose the one we thought was best for us. We LOVE our new system, and have already saved money on our monthly electric bill, due to our new and vastly more efficient system. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company with honesty and integrity. Atta boy Dave! (Sorry, couldn't resist!)

Upstairs A/C unit went out last week. Through our home warranty company, NRG was dispatched to check it out and make repairs. Long story short, we felt like we weren't being treated in an honest way, and the quote for repairs was over $1300 to 'band-aid' fix it and between $4000-5000 to replace unit + coils, which is of course what they recommended. The moment that they left, I looked up on Angie's List and found Cypress Creek A/C, based on location being close to us, but most importantly the positive reviews that were written about this company. And now I know why the reviews are so positive. I called and within 1.5 hours the tech was at my house doing an inspection of the unit--a very professional and very knowledgeable guy-Ricky. We know that both of our units are old and will need replacing, but didn't feel like that time had come. Sure enough, Ricky came back in and said he felt like it could potentially be just a capacitor to the motor that was causing our issues, and he would replace that part, and then recheck. 15 minutes later he was done, and sure enough, that's all that it was (the other tech obviously hadn't even bothered to check this piece as it was still covered in some electrical tape). I can't say enough how much I appreciate honesty and integrity from an A/C and heating company. We even signed up for Cypress Creek's VIP service because of our positive experience with them today. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future. And certainly, when things finally DO go out for good on either of our units, there isn't another A/C company in town that we will call. If you have an A/C issue, you are crazy if you use anybody other than this company! It's hard to find someone that you can trust in this industry, but I'm here to say that you can certainly trust these guys. Thanks again and I will tell everybody I know to use y'all!

My air condition on the downstairs level of my home stopped working on Sunday 8/24 which was one of the hottest days we had in Houston. I heard a very loud noise coming from outside and checked to find that it was a loud humming sound coming from one of the units. My guess was that the capacitor may have failed. I called Cypress Creek and spoke with Dave who suggested that I turn off the unit and he would have the office call me first thing Monday morning to send someone out. Randy, the Technician came out and did a diagnostic check and replaced the capacitor. I am happy that the system is up and running. I was very pleased with the response time and continue to be impressed with the service.

These guys are the BEST! They were friendly, professional and courteous from the time I bought the deal! They called me within a couple of hours to make the appointment, called to confirm and the technician called when they were on the way. Ricky was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and made sure I didn't have any questions. The service was performed fast and accurate. It was a great experience and I will use them again and recommend them highly!

I called Dave on Sunday morning and he returned my call within 30 minutes. He was looking for a technician that could come out on a Sunday and he called me back within an hour and he was going to come out himself that afternoon. Dave arrived exactly when he said he would and looked at both the unit in the attic (since it has froze up) and the unit outside. He found a major leak (defect) in the compressor outside and then discussed all of my options with my son and I. After talking it over, I decided that I have had nothing but problems with this unit and with the a/c company that installed it and I was going to go with a new Lennox unit. My house was VERY hot and Dave went back to his office and got us a room a/c unit that would at least keep two rooms in our house cool until he could come out the next day to install the new unit. Dave arrived exactly when he said he would (he also worked around my work schedule) and installed the new outside unit, checked everything on the unit in the attic, and I signed up for a twice a year maintenance program with Cypress Creek A/C. I would highly recommend Dave and his company.

I had been researching options for replacement of my upstairs HVAC system, since it was winter I had the luxury of doing some research instead of making a decision in the middle of summer with no AC. Dave and Cypress Creek Air Conditioning had replaced the system in my parents home and they were very satisfied with the product and the work so I thought I would give them a call and see what they would suggest for my home. At the time I had a current AC contractor that I was on a maintenance plan with and that had performed work for me previously that I was satisfied with. I had obtained quotes from that vendor as well as 2 others on replacement of the entire upstairs HVAC system. What I did not like about the process with those vendors was that all of them gave me conflicting answers and just used rule of thumb calculations for what they thought was needed for my home, suggesting going from a 3 ton unit to a 4 ton unit. Dave and Cypress Creek Air were the only ones who bothered to come out and do a load calculation to determine what I actually needed. Based on that and their recommendations I chose to use them to replace my system. They showed up when they said they would, replaced all of the duct work, furnace and coil, and outdoor compressor unit. They were not the cheapest quote I received, but they did work to help get me a rebate that was part of a Lennox promotion. I was very satisfied with the quality of their work and the straight forward manner in which I felt they dealt with me. They have since been out to do semi-annual maintenance on the unit and everything went smoothly with that as well.

I have been using Cypress Creek Air Conditioning and Heating for about eight years and the service has been excellent. I have an annual contract with them, so my system is checked every six months. I read several reviews and noted a few concerns regarding the price of some of their services so I thought it important that I share my experience. In selecting any vendor, I look at quality of work versus cost. In the long run, you get what you pay for. Often times when you pay less, you end up having to obtain more service on your system than you anticipated.. My system is in excellent shape thanks to Cypress Creek Air Conditioning and Heating. The Technicians are very trust worthy and respect your home which is also very important. I am very particular and cannot see anyone else servicing my system.

The best air conditioning company in Houston is Cypress Creek. They are excellent. I've used them for about 10 years and they are just so wonderful. They are there on time. They come when they say they're going to come. They work with you on pricing. They give you great options in replacing air conditioning. I feel like they try to give you the best option instead of thinking what kind of profit they're going to make. They are very reputable.
