The initial contact with the company went great. Teresa came to the house and took mold samples from the bathroom. She said the other two areas we were concerned with were so small that if we were handy, we could probably do them ourselves. She said she would send instructions on what to do along with the bid for the remediation in the bathroom. About 48 hours later, we received the report that confirmed four types of mold (including black mold). Teresa said she would be sending a bid for us and an explanation of the mold found. We waited 2 days and did not receive the information. We placed a call to Teresa, who said they were having problems with their email and she would send the information again. We finally received the information 2 days later. After looking over the bid, we decided to go ahead and let them do the remediation. We called Teresa for an appointment and they were able to come out the Monday of the week before Thanksgiving. Teresa said she felt like the remediation would be completed by Wednesday. The crew arrived promptly on Monday morning and set to work on the bathroom. By the end of the day on Monday, the remediation was complete. They left the air blower until Wednesday evening. We were delighted that the progress went so quickly. During the process, Teresa would come out with pictures to show us the progress on the bathroom. She promised to send the pictures and a report of what was found. Unfortunately, we still have not received that report.

Because we needed services done the next day --------------the company fit us into their schedule. Since we are from out of town we were concerned but turnaround was excellent.

My tenant notified me that there was visible mold in the master closet of my rental property and requested that I have it tested. Culley Enviro was quick to respond to my request for an estimate for the testing process and was at my rental property within a couple of days. They conducted the testing and provide the results to me (again within a couple of days), without causing any undue worry on the part of my tenant. They also offered to review the reports with me, but the reports were very easy to understand, and I didn't need a one-on-one review. They provided a fast bid for remediation and were able to execute that work quickly as well. They again were very professional and my tenants felt safe and secure throughout the process, which was very important to me. Culley Enviro was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Everything went fine. Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate my needs. They didn’t do anything wrong but I did not see the value in it once the inspection was done. They were nice and cordial.

We bought an Angie’s List coupon. They were very punctual; we were able to get in touch with them immediately and set an appointment for the next day. There was nothing negative.

They were professional. Completed int he time they anticipated. It was just not fully explained to us that they don't repair the hole they create when removing the mold. We had to hire someone else, costing us more than we anticipated. Other companies include remdiation from start to finish in their costs.

Good, but Mr. Culley never got back in touch with me on my results of my issue and to inform me whether I had mold or not. I paid for one free test and never got the result:(

They came out the very next day. I didn't pay more than what the deal was for. They didn't do the lab testing, but that was kind of agreed on. It wasn't needed. I didn't choose to use them for the removal, because they didn't do the entire thing. They were quite informative. He was very friendly and professional and everything good. Mr. Bob Culley came to my home to examine a 11 inches by 25 inches discoloration on my bathroom closet wall and 6 inches wide black area on dry wall under the baseboards on both sides of my shower stall. The walls in my bathroom are covered with wall paper. We set in the bathroom discussing the process of treating the mold problem I was having. He said the discoloration on the bathroom closet wall may not be mold but he would take a culture sample of the area. If the area was contaminated he would sand the wall and treat the area. The mold on the dry wall would be removed. The cost for this process would be $780.00. The mold report showed that there was a presence of several types of mold, Aspergillus /Penicillium, Cladosporium and Hyphal-like fragments so he would go with the full remediation plan. After removing the dry wall wetness was found on the back of the shower wall and the tile was removed from the lip of the shower which was also wet. Bob Culley suggested I call a plumber to fine out where the wetness was coming from. I took his suggestion and called a plumber who checked out the back of the shower wall and found no wetness and also checked and found on leaks. This was great to hear. Teresa Culley and her assistant continued with the removal of the mold and the wetness found was dried. The bathroom closet was sand and treated twice. The closet and all the things in the closet where vacuumed using a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner. Teresa even vacuumed the clothing I had taken out of the closet. There was great relief also when the worker only wore mask to clean up my mold problem. The total cost of this job was $1060.85.

Teresa was wonderful. She got back to me right away and was able to do the mold inspection the next day. The lab results came back within 24 hours. Since we're under contract on the house, it was imperative that we got our mold inspection done & received results fairly quickly. Teresa followed up with recommendations for remediation. It was a relief to know that the bathroom mold was not dangerous and commonly found in the environment. Good job Teresa!

I was very pleased with the service performed by Culley Enviro. They were timely, responsive to questions, thorough and professional.

I contacted Culley Enviro prior to purchasing the Angie's List "Big Deal" to make sure it was what I needed. They were responsive, punctual and friendly. After going through the whole mold process I now feel I should have been counciled towards an air quality inspection rather than a spot mold test. However, at the time I did not have the knowledge to ask the right questions. I got exactly what I purchased and had the results back on time so I would recommend Culley.

I felt like their estimate was overpriced, so I ended up not using them. He did provide me with a good, detailed report and was nice to work with, but I was actually able to get the work done myself.
