A little expensive but very prompt, courteous and efficient.

My kitchen drain was clogged which had never happened to me before. I called about 10 am and the plumber was here within the hour. He was professional and knowledgeable about my plumbing situation. Rather than just fixing my problem, he explained what happened and how to minimize my chances of this occurring again. There was a discount running that I was given. He also offered me a special club which provides discounts to those who sign up. I chose not to accept it but it seemed like a reasonable option. I will use Benjamin Franklin in the future.

These guys did a great job. I would call them again when I need plumbing work done. I would recomend them.

I hired them to fix a leak as the Water Department said the meter was working fine....that the problem was from the meter to the house. I knew that I had a leak but all the technician did was confirm that by doing a pressure test that I indeed have a leak. I knew that before the tech came out yet I had to pay $211.00 for what....to locate the leak was advised that it would cost an additional $900.00 and that would be just to determine if the leak was in the house or yard....then there would be an additional charge to repair the leak....I am very very upset and would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!

Technician was friendly and efficient. Fixed the problem right away and quickly. Needed a new valve for the bathtub faucet. Arrived on time. Cost a little more than expected but happy with the results.

They provided prompt professional service at a fair price. They quickly fixed a leaky outside hose bib and it works perfectly and looks great.

Great experience. Easy to schedule an appointment, Arrived on time and very professional and knowledgeable in inspecting my house, piping to give an accurate quote on installing a gas pipe to the stove (understanding of specs, permit process, risks, etc).

The technician was early and experienced. I only needed a new thermostat. Was charged a fee because they didn't have the part on the truck and he had to go get it. Other than that service was excellent. Cost was reasonable to have hot water again.

It seems a little expensive. I am from Minnesota, just visiting my son. The work was for his house. The plumbers in Minnesota do not charge as much. But the work was excellent, perfect, clean and the guys were very professional and friendly. My son would use them again.
